Jeez. And Ekiti people opened their eyes, collected rice and voted this clown as governor? How can this one govern a state well when he can't even bridle his tongue and stop making unguarded statements? Is this the way sane people campaign?
Fayose is a confirmed Agbero. He belongs in the motor park not the government house. |

dguy4: Op pls get ur facts right before you post anything, America is not an oil producing state, you just can't compare them with us when it comes to crude oil, u compare your stats. with an oil producing state. The US produces more than enough oil. Maybe you're confused cos America isn't part of the OPEC states. OPEC means Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries. America cannot be part of it because the oil it produces is not even enough for it's local consumption, they even need to import more. The state of California itself uses all the oil they produce (despite the high volume) and still need to Import more. Texas is the highest oil producing state in America. The production here is more than 7.5million barrels per day. Which accounts for 12% of the world oil production |

donnypool: 7.50 and $7 the difference is 50 cent abi? ok 7.50*8hours= $60 factor in the 50cents over 40 hours of work per week and you'll see it makes a difference. |

donnypool: you mean Gas station workers on minimum wage collect more that $50 a day? Depends on the hours you work. If you stay in a state that has minimum wage of $7.5 and you work 8 hours a day (8am - 5pm) you will make $60 a day sans taxes. If you stay in places with higher minimum wage you will make higher. |

CityNG: Exchange rate is 188.67
I indeed paid $2.29 yesterday in California, I'm pretty sure it will be less than $2 in Texas. And in California that includes almost 50cents per gallon on taxes so the effective price is $1.79, do you care to do your calculations again?
The question that I have of you is why are you comparing Nigeria, a 3rd world country, to the US? Why not compare to another depressed country like Ghana or Cameroon? Gas is even $1.69 in Arkansas. |
Politics › Re: Nigeria's Current Petrol Pump Price Better Than That Of The USA by MsNas(f): 4:47am On Jan 20, 2015 |
donnypool: minimum wage is $6 or $7 Please get your facts right before posting anything. Minimum wage isn't $6 or $7. The minimum states is $7.50 and some cities are as high as $12. Each state has their own minimum wage but the federal approved minimum wage is $7.50 |
