I have flown with Davido himself on a virgin Atlantic vessel, he was seated in the first class while his wife and his late kid were seated in premium economy.

I was wondering then why didn't they all seat in first class but the more you look, the less you see.

This case of Local Government always amazes me.

Nigeria constitution recognises the Local Government, the question is, should the pronouncement or body language of the governor overrides the constitution?

Why should the Governor's action be allowed to override the constitution? That should not even be a matter to be litigated.

All this reflects that Nigeria does not have a functional internal control and there is not even an attempt to improve on it.
