Exactly! Even if it's a small fault, you are on your own with these Chinese phones only available online. In China maybe no problem with replacement parts, but here I am sorry nothing. I know someone who bought umidigi a11 from jumia after reading about its excellent specifications. The phone looks great but within just 2 months wahala started with no audio when receiving calls unless its switched to speakers. Somebody here on nairaland suggested switching off the proximity sensor, but there's nowhere this can be done either on the phone itself and downloaded apps couldn't either. With no warranty or customer care, the problem has no solution so far. Or does anyone knows how it can be resolved?

I don't know why there's so much obsession with certificates. The constitution itself only requires a MINIMUM of school certificate or its equivalent, or any other qualification acceptable to Inec. Unless a candidate presents a forged certificate, you can't fault him/her if the certificate is higher than school certificate. In fact, with the phrase "any other qualification acceptable to Inec" a LITERATE candidate can comfortably present a adult literacy class certificate to Inec as evidence of having met the minimum education requirement.

Write a petition to the state governor and send by courier to government House. Attach your earlier complaint letters and urge the governor to intervene. If there's no early response, write a reminder and continue writing until something positive is done about it.You may also send complaint to newspapers and hope it is published - sometimes this works as they see it as an embarrassment.
