Please I have COPR for canada but I have not landed and don't have SIN yet . Do I have to indicate Permanent residency for Canada when filling the form ?

There is no sample or specific format of such letter, just send a letter to the embassy indicating that you want to use the visa for child birth.

I wanted to send this letter till someone mentioned they really don't take this letters into consideration except declaring to the CBP officers.

I did an email to the US Embassy for my dad’s passport which was issued on March 16th and just got a response that it’s been returned to DHL since March 17. It appears the DHL guys are sloppy (like someone said earlier) or overwhelmed. I will be visiting them tomorrow.

Please all I applied for IW on 14th of March , status shows refused but I haven't gotten a pick up date. As of this morning the document delivery information is blank . DO you suggest I go to DHL or send the embassy an email?

Some schools do provide children care for their students. Check with your school if they do. It's usually is free or very little fee.

Please can I be added to group with dependents? My major issue with this journey is I have a child under 2 I don’t know how I can go with her and study. I also don’t want to leave her behind. I would appreciate suggestions from people who are in the UK already with similar situations.

I order my GCMS and saw RR for proof of funds. I used mutual funds and 25% of pension funds . My mutual funds presented makes up 75% of the required POF . Can I still go ahead and use a gift from my parent and accompanying spouse to update my POF ?

Re hyperprolactinemia:

Bromocriptine or dopamine agonist drug class normally does a great job at reducing PRL. How long have you been on it?

Is your hi prolactin due to pituitary mass or ?

Should check your thyroid hormone tho as it could be exercebating it if low T4/T3. Or are you on psych meds?

Your other option is neurosurgery if it is an adenoma that is not shrinking with Drug tx.

@xiadnat my doctor placed me on it for one month it reduced and it went up again and he placed me on it for another 1 month and reduced and up again there is being a break on it since
March 2014 that I was diagnosed with it I have only use 2months and it was not at a stretch , though considering a change of gynea he is never accessible,from the info I gathered I guess he didn't put me on it long enough

I have an history of high prolactin,but however I have being taking some medications and it seems to have improved.But the issue is that I got a positive ovulation test result for 7th & 8th of this month but with no signs of ovulation and no stretchy cervical mucus.Is it possible that is a false positive.
