I have been contemplating the idea of intellectuals that will found a non violent discipline oriented social group to replace cultism in our universities and the junior movement in our secondary schools.

Students shall be beaten with sticks in the butt during initiations for hours, inductions shall be carried out in broad daylight in a convenient location where the intending members cannot run and there shall be no blood oath, students shall be thought to be fearless and to know and defend their rights without violence.

This I believe shall fill the void and fear we feel in our lives without being outlaws, things like Algophobia, xenophobia and social anxiety can be combated without cultism. The social group shall not fight individuals or any cult group but rather report to the school authorities or police.

Discipline shall be inculcated in members both in mind and body and students shall be thought the importance of pain endurance in order not to be tortured to agree to crimes they didn't commit, the group can hold meetings but it shall be in broad daylight and public places.
