...did u read my post at all...you can school and graduate in a foreign university and start working there,let's say at ur 20s....then u return to Nigeria when u are older than 30 yrs for a civil service work, then obviously u can't serve anymore...u then apply for exemption...

But the forging is what I will not forgive her for.

You can only jail her for forgery, not because she did not participate in one useless corp service.

Nevertheless, kemi did not forge the nysc certificate.

..for u to work in naija after ur education u must do the Nysc scheme or have a proper discharge letter from the nysc...it's in law...so let's wait and hear the result of there investigation

...i know a lot...they are international NGOs like red cross, oxfam, UNICEF, doctors withouts borders etc...and they are all contract work, mostly not more than a year....like I said they pay very very well in dollars...
