Can the Ooni of Ife be dethroned like this? I can't stop asking myself this question.
My conclusion is that the emir of Kano is just the emir of Kano full stop.
The crown to me is just overrated.
Abacha removed the whole sultan of sokoto and heaven did not fall...If the Sultan can be removed any king can be removed

"Do not be deceived: for God is not mocked: whatsoever a man soweth, the same shall he reap". . . .

1. Please can you guess where this quote comes from?
2. Please can you go one step further and distinguish it from Karma?

Thank you.
It doesn't matter...Karma is still a Buddhist term. You can find the term your religion uses.

Just remember that the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom.
Don't you think that God himself knew that if there is no eternal punishment that people will stop believing Him, yes hell was made so that you and I will be afraid so that when we remember the wrath and punishment of the living God we turn away from our wicked ways.
There is no harm in what I said or what would you rather have me say, are we no supposed to be afraid of eternal condemnation??
God is love and yet he is a consuming fire, if you are not afraid I am.
this doctrine goes contrary to the all loving God. He uses fear so that you will be safe OR you are saved not because you know God but because you fear hell. I am not a proponent of people preaching using fear. Repent or you go to hell kind of preaching, better you are what you are because you believe entirely in it.

People here really know less about the virus. Many think you must die when you get it. The virus has about 2% fatality rate...which means about 2 in 100 that gets it is likely to die. About 95% recover from it. Recovery depends on the individual. Female are more likely to survive, old people are more likely to die, kids mysteriously don't get affected like others, also people that smoke or have pre-existing lungs problem are more likely to die...due to the fact that it is a flu virus which attacks the lungs. I am surprise with the ignorance I see here. Many think getting the virus is certain death when it doesn't have 100% fatality rate. The death rate is not due to how potent the virus is but how easy it spreads. Meaning more people can easily get it. Its sister Coronaviruses like SARS and MERS had worse fatality rate but were hard to pass from human to human.... I blame the media, they focus on just deaths but not those that recover. There are even people that show milder symptoms compared to others and the virus don't kill them...Every Info is up there in the internet but people prefer the rumor messages and the WhatsApp messages...since the outbreak of Coronavirus I have seen a lot of misinformation..someone here was even saying it renders a male impotent.... It is not surprising, during Ebola outbreak all most everyone did the salt water therapy that eventually killed some hypertensive people...We should try and be less gullible and ignorant...all the info you need is at your finger tips

Ignorance might kill you. About 98% of Coronavirus sufferers recover because it has a mortality rate of about 1-2%. When you watch the news you don't know a majority recover from it. Mostly the old, sick, immuno-compromised patients easily die. The ignorance I see here, many think you must die if you get it. It is a viral infection, so with good care the body fights it and you recover.

Secondly why should the name of the Italian man be known. The cases in UK, US, Italy, Germany, South Korea etc you think the government comes to national TV to broadcast their names?...for what reason?...nawaoh!

Prepare to meet thy God, it is better to die a believer and meet no God than to die an unbeliever and meet a God, in the end you have nothing to lose
It means you are a believer because of fear of hell not because you are sure of anything. Your first statement will be loved by many but actually it is hypocrisy. I see many say same thing, it is better to die a believer and go and meet no God. Then there is no sincerity to yourself, you are just playing safe. You don't love God but just want to play safe. Just like saying, make I believe in God, if I die I no see am then I am still safe...if I die I see am I am safe. Then you don't know what you are doing.

In other words, it means no one will be a believer if God himself say there is no hell or I don't exist

Wars and Rumors of War Just like the Bible Foretold
is there any era in this world humans haven't seen wars or rumors of war. Relatively speaking the world is even safer now. There was a time numerous nations were fighting at once. We had the first and second world war that killed millions. We had the Korean war, Vietnamn war, wars Napoleon fought etc etc. So how is this different?. Moreover the only active wars presently is just the Syria war and probably the Yemen war. If the prophecy points to the world ending as you wish, so let it happen.... putting fear in people so that they worship and believe in your ways or beliefs. Is fear rightfully a right tool ?

You have same mindset of that of American capitalists that believe it's just a flu, just to avoid panic because of their capital in the stocks. They simply place economy before lives. China Where it originated from shutdown everything to stop the spread but USA under rate everything until it goes out of hand. Keep saying it's ordinary Flu while lives keep wasting away
It is actually a flu virus. It is not mere say, you can check it up yourself. How many lives are being wasted?.The American Flu virus kills about 500,000 every year. This has a mortality rate of about 1%. So I am not guessing but laying down facts. The thing media fails to show you is those that recover, they keep concentrating on the few deaths and leaving the recovery which is about 98% of those infected... Which raises panic and making the world economy do bad. Recently WHO says panic and overreaction can have a counter influence which we are seeing now. Like I said, it has come and will surely go

Yes oo, so true i went to a pharmacy to buy procold 3days ago becus i was havin this flu like headech, the attendant told me that the amount of flu related drugs they hav sold in the past 2 days is alarming despite the heat in Lagos, that he is realy scared
it has been noticed that some people don't show serious adverse effects except flu symptoms....and about 98% recover from the virus. So it is quite possible that there are carriers but having no symptoms (asymptomatic) or less symptoms. The virus is a flu virus. I feel it is actually over hyped. The average age of the deaths in Italy is 81 years. It kills mostly the very old, already sick or people with some conditions already like a weak lungs. With time the thing will be history

Average age of death is 81...it mostly kills the very old or very sick...why the hype.!...recently they say the mortality rate is about 1%. I think the media is overhyping this which causes panic and the global economy scare. The global economy is not crashing because of the virus but because of the scare and panic
