CoderX:This is exactly the single reason I never supported the protests because protests are not always peaceful and especially not in Africa. we have a whole lot of retards and bunch of illiterates with thuggish tendencies who will always see this as an Avenue to orchestrate their mischievous plans and it will affect the general masses.. Let's pls sue for peace |
A child that has never witnessed war will think war is just killing of people only. They forget war is starvation, war is rape, war is deprivation of movement, war is fear, war is lack of access to health care, War brings diseases, war is homelessness, War is losing children, War is losing parents, War Is losing spouses, War is losing loved ones, War is creating an entire generation who will be illiterates, War is so much more than just shooting guns and ending lives. Even after war, it will take decades to heal, to reconcile, to build etc Ask Iraq, Afghanistan, Rwanda, Libya, Yemen. War in reality is different from war in the movies When next you wish for war, ask those who have actually witnessed it.. |
omoharry: Mad oh.... mumu go and get yourself killed, idiot, you better protest with sense and stay alive for your loved ones... see this frustrated slowpoke stay safe idiot, I love you enough to tell you to take care of yourself and not die at the hands of our military personnels... much love bro mad oh |
capitalzero:I totally agree with you it's wrong but you can't fight for justice when you are dead... let's protest with sense |

While you block the road and threaten to end the Nation, and now hackers abroad have supported you by hacking official government accounts, please note that as you, without a leader, bring down the Government, there is a very organized and tireless Boko Haram waiting to take over as much as they can. We have been fighting them as a Nation for 11 years and Buhari has not been President all through this time. Also remember that the Niger Delta militants that have gone into the Amnesty programme or are in hiding can also easily come out to take over Oil facilities as you "End Nigeria" without a leadership. Am I saying you should stop protesting? No oh, Yoruba people say you can only wake someone that is asleep up, not someone that is pretending to be sleeping. I know your protest is not done with sincerity so why will I appeal to you to stop it? As long as they are still playing music, as long as there are still girls to exchange number with, as long as you can snap yourself and post on social, as long as you can use it to show off, and as long as you do not have enough sense and sincerity to know that problems are solved painstakingly not with quick fix, I really don't think anything outside these can stop you. I am just documenting this your "struggle" so that when we all begin to suffer the real suffering we will be able to remember how it started. So that you don't change the story. For documentation purpose here are SOME of the things the government has done yet you insist on shutting down the country, 1. Ban SARS patrol 2. Supported the protest as the right of the protesters 3. Arrested some of the Police men who harrass protesters. 4. Set up a Presidential Panel that has now indicted tens of SARS operatives and recommended others for dismissal. 5. Ban SARS. 6. Set up a replacement for SARS and invited celebrities to their training to ensure everything is done well. 7. Promised that no SARS operative will be among the new team. 8. Began the process of putting SARS operatives through medical test. 9. Met with stakeholders and civil society on how they can monitor all the promises being made. 10. Released arrested protesters with warning to Policemen to allow protesters protest. 11. The President gave a National address, the IGP gave a live press conference and have aired several meetings with leaders of the youths. 12. Setting up of Judicial Panel of Inquiry in all 36 States with PUBLIC HEARINGS! 13. Each State has been ordered to set up a Victim Support Fund to be funded by the Federal Government to compensate families of victims. And this list is by no means exhaustive. But nothing will take you off the streets if there is music, beer and women. |

Still On Ozo. You may be wondering why I am still writing about Ozo. Well, maybe it is because I used to be an Ozo. I began to dislike handsome and intelligent men who cheapen themselves. Men who submit themselves to unrequited love. I dislike them because I used to be that guy. I dislike my former and inexperienced self. Dear young men, forget everything women tell you, here is the TRUTH; * For love to be sustainable it must be reciprocated. * It must be 50/50 stakes. Any other "love" won't be worth it in the long run. It will only bring stress. You will burn yourself out. If a woman is not returning your love. Move! If a woman is not returning your calls. Move! If she thinks you are too soft or clingy for her. Move! If she says you are choking her with your attention or presence. Move! These are signs that you are not desired, and that the love will not be equally shared. When a women truly loves you, your phone calls cannot be too many for her; your attention will be gold to her; your love will be rewarded by her. So why do you want to suffer? Any "love" that strips you of your self worth is a toxic type. If you have to be less human to prove your love to another human being, then maybe that person does not deserve you. I have noticed a pattern in men like Ozo and myself. We grew up around girls. I have 4 younger sisters and 1 big brother. You can say I literally grew up around more women than men. I understand that Ozo has 3 sisters. He is the only male. Folks, I think that right there is the PROBLEM. I don't know, but I think guys who grow up around mostly girls tend to have tendencies like Ozo's. Their feminine side overshadows their masculine side. Yes, ALL men have a feminine side, but their overwhelming masculine nature has a way of subduing it. Growing up around ONLY girls will further help to amplify that feminine side and quieten that masculine side. It is how NURTURE overtakes NATURE. In other words, a full male man HUNTS. He doesn't CLING. He keeps hunting till he finds the female who wants him. And he often succeeds. He does NOT hang around an unwilling female for too long. If she doesn't show interest he HUNTS for others who may. I am not saying that it is okay. But that is NATURE. Men's nature. Men who CLING hopelessly to a women who do not like them have most likely been influenced by NURTURE; perhaps by growing up around women. When I saw that Ozo has ONLY sisters, it all made sense that he is so vulnerable and soft. But Ozo will grow up, not physically but emotionally. He will. |
