I made payment through POS on May 12, it read transaction failed and I was immediately debited, had to make another payment to again. I waited for a week to get a reversal, all to no avail. Went to the bank to fill form and all, to cut the story short, I didn't get a reversal till July ending.
It is really frustrating, for banks to acknowledge that the transaction failed and not reverse it immediately.

I understand you quite right, but I still maintain that what is generated isn't enough, I believe power generation should be knocked out of the exclusive list so that each state can have plans for power within their territory from generation to distribution,..... this will even give each state the opportunity to use the most cost effective means of power generation whether it's gas, hydro or solar or even combination of any of these and others.

If we keep on shortchanging the power sector....we will never see 24/7 light. Power companies cannot attract investment. They cannot even take loans from banks because the banks know they won't see their money....because the DISCOS aren't making enough profit to fund their operations, talkess of paying back a loan.
