According the video taken by one of the passengers, the police officer stop their bus to and ask the driver for money, but the driver wasn't having change

The police officer had to go out to find change, making sure he collected the money before letting them go.

This got the one of the passengers angry as she captured them.

I would call this poetic justice if I wasn't feeling deeply sorry for your poor wife.
