I think the mistake is not entering partnership deals and not declaring the goals and objectives enough instead. Noone wants to ruin a business he's a shareholder in except a stranger. Sometimes too, you use these people and not expect revolt.

I had recently learnt that my uncle whom I worked with for a while, actually lost 6m to his PA who used to be his friend.
Meanwhile, I was also holding company funds in 6-fig...but remit weekly.

The business has regular cash flow...and people around me- and the business, were pressing me to do magic- based on manager wey dey see money.

But aside from my own integrity, our family ties was also a stronger reason why I couldn't let him down.
