Why would a doctor be trained in Nigeria with tax payers money and then leave for another country in search for greener pastures?
Federal govt shld control all these abnormalities. There should be a policy that we compel all our medical students to use the knowledge they have acquired in Nigerian institution for Nigerians. They shld be compelled to work for the country for at least 5 years before traveling out for greener pastures

Their roles are expanding...and it doesn't come on a silver platter as you think. They receive special training to perform those roles, so they are qualified to do it.

I think you should focus more on developing yourself as a doctor (because there are many of your colleagues that are better than you) instead of poking nose in other people's professional development.

I am a physiotherapist in training and during my preclinical years, I was introduced to the whole anatomy(that is if u know Keith Moore and last anatomy) physiology(sembuligan, Guyton,essential texts) and biochemistry(harper's and vashudevan text).

I would not mind a competition with you so we can know how much introduction I was given

Pharmacists can do much more than dispensing within the hospital but you guys will not allow them...even when they want to make suggestions and inputs, you guys feel that they are challenging you. So most times they just mind their business and dispense. Who get time to be rubbing shoulders with immature people? But unfortunately, the patient suffers it.

That is why many pharmacists prefer to practice in the community setting (I guess you don't even know what that means)
