I am a registered engineer and I have worked and been to so many states in the east, southwest is more organized, with better infrastructure in most localities than the east but the Igbos build more home at home given the illusion than the east is more developed but the reality is quite a contrary.

I was having this debate with one of my supposed educated fulani friend this evening. Later, the northern colonial government now made all these route to official hence all the cattle route are in Northern Nigeria.

Secondly, most of the communities where these routes passes especially those in middle belt, were not made aware of these routes, compensation were not paid to the indigenous people in these area, hence no legal backing to the route

Restructuring is all about decentralization the government and allow each federating unit to be independent of the centre.
