Yes, the estimate is roughly the same. Minimum requirements for graduation for both is the same 34units. Registration for 2units course is the same 2500 and 3000 for 3units. The only significant difference in the fees is that project registration for PGD is 25k while that of M.Sc. is 40k. Aside that, every other thing is the same.

It is NOT difficult at all. Here is the simplest method, IMHO...

1. Open a domiciliary account at StanbicIBTC.
2. Change Naira to Dollar at parallel market.
3. Fund your domiciliary account with over USD1000... (Minimum for initial deposit into your dollar fund account)
4. Go to your domiciliary account and transfer AT LEAST USD1000 to your dollar fund account.

2. If you want the interest re-invested - i don't think you can reinvest your interest. You only top up on your investment and you get daily interest on your total investment. That is, your total money in the account is the only investment, the interest just add up.

3. You will request for withdrawal. Minimum holding period is 30 days. It's you that knows your interest value, so if it's worth withdrawing, you redeem it, then leave your capital there.
