Buhari can go ahead and bomb the Niger Delta people. He will win the battle, but Nigeria will loose the war as no drop of crude oil will be pumped out of Niger Delta for the development of any other part.

This is a guarantee.

Dr Adeshina, one of the bright stars in GEJ's successful, people oriented,peace-loving,press and public expression-tolerant government.
Good move by him,but I fear it will succeed in other countries but not here in Nigeria as the dullard and his deluded team of evil administrators in Nigeria are just too clueless to know how to make it work or they will just kill it out of shear wickedness

Thought they said it was a lie?!

I really find it hard to understand the People of a certain Region in Nigeria!

They love it when the Country is in shambles, but hate it whenever the Country is picking up?!

Why?!
Blind bigots like you are the ones that fan the embers of attrition, bitterness and disunity within us.Why is every cultist/criminal in the Niger Delta referred to as a militant in your myopic eyes huh The militants your innuendo-laden post appear to be celebrating their supposed demise are not even active in Rivers, these guys were cultists ,criminals that were busy killing, robbing, raping and generally terrorizing their neighbors, while on the other hand, the militants active in Delta(largely) and Bayelsa are the ones agitating for the development of the region.

HungerBAD:
More to this Story.

This is why your land in Lagos should be verified, then reverified and then finally verify it with another lawyer different from your lawyer.

Especially if it is in places like Lekki and Ajah. The pictures here might make it look bad that a house is getting pulled down, but the owner of the house might have built it on somebody's else land, that he bought from fraudsters.
That's the bitter truth.
The law says the owner of the land is also the owner of whatever is built on it,so the real owner could even have claimed the property as well.
However in the even that a developer mistakenly buys another persons property from the land fraudsters aka omoniles, all he needed to do was to make a passionate appeal to the real owner to allow him do ratification on the land, which basically means he will buy it again from the real owner this time. The k leg here is that the real owner may refuse to play ball and ask the developer to remove his building from his land,he will give him time to do so,failing which he will get a quick injunction to pull down the property.
This is the reason we MUST NEVER pay for any land till we have done all necessary due diligence

Stoned? = wrong grammar
Stoned= A state of mind which occurs after smoking enough marijuana to the point where the user stares blankly into whatever catches his/her attention.
E.g
"I was so stoned I didn't notice the movie was in French."

Hurled missile should be a better phrase.

N/B stoned is totally different from "stoning"... .. .. Which is a form of capital punishment by hurling stone at someone until person kick the bucket

The worst is that they'll be fed with taxpayers money inside the prison in this kind economy.
Prisoners are supposed to give back to the society by working in maybe a prison factory of sorts where they get to produce things .
Imagine wasting all that manpower?
That's what the Chinese do,most of these their so-called site engineers with CCECC and CHEC on Lagos sites are prisoners. They work and a part of their wages is sent back home to China to cater for their dependants.
I support such move 100%

Business › Re: CBN Sanctions Nine Banks For Failing To Remit $2.3bn NNPC Funds by Myself2(m): 8:23am On Aug 24, 2016
fizzy4luv:
CBN; Nigerian banks can't do without Government fund , go to any Nigerian bank and tender an instrument withdrawing more than 100 million naira, you will see multitude of staff begging you not to take your own money . Its glaring that our banks are used to trading with these funds and have neglected the real sectors of the economy for so long. They declare huge profits and declare high dividends with little sweat . If an independent audit of all funds stashed in Nigerian Banks are conducted . CBN should have advised the Federal Government to have adopted a phased withdrawal of Government funds from the banking sector and not the bullet method used or even suspend it while the economy stabilize a bit while engaging reputable audit firms to examine public entities accounts to monitor funds.
Banks; I pity banks , they are now being forced directly to relate and engage the real sectors of the economy via lending to help stimulate growth, they just can't seem to let go of the cake and pudding way of making fast money, one shouldn't be too fast to blame them, a lot of recalcitrant bad debtors also make the Nigerian clime a difficult terrain for lending . Lately aggressive means of recovery have been embarked upon to recover bad debts.
Lastly CBN should find a lasting endearing solution , even if it means inviting all bank chiefs to discuss with the Executive arm of Govt, on how to navigate this turbulent times. unless when the banks start to fire from all angles , even FG won't be able to cope with the backlash of sacked workers
The best and most intelligent post on this thread.Your head is well screwed on your shoulder, a bottle of any vintage champagne of your choice on me sir.

Politics › Re: APC Blasts PDP: You Lack The Moral Basis To Comment On Nigerian Economy by Myself2(m): 9:56am On Aug 19, 2016
Oluwabusobomi:
When PDP was there things weren't this bad. I know what the scam APC will be harmaring on will be corruption.
The fact is that no society is free from the endemic of corruption, even as am typing this, massive corruption is currently on going in this self acclaimed "saint" government.
Corruption has been in our system since the days of Lord Lugard down to the several military rules and the country never fell sick as it is now.
APC should simply accept the fact that they are FAILURE!

In another way round, Amaechi, Audu Ogbe, Ngige, Saraki, Tambuwal, El Rufai, Dogara, and several other APC members of today were ones in PDP.

To summarize, if APC does not stop blaming PDP, this is the thunder that will strike them all...
The Thunder wey go fire APC starting from the dullard to the drug lord in bourdillon to the liar etc ,the thunder dey warm up for touchline
