Not possible.
You have to be present to be captured and your biometrics obtained.
Check your host country for a Nigeran emvassy/consulate and make your enquiries about procuring a passport urgently

I submitted mine like that o..it has 4 months validity on it. I renewed my passport since january but everytime i go to ikoyi, they will say no booklet.

Quite frankly, there is no booklet here in Lagos.
I advise you travel to states with lower demands like Osun, Ekiti and environs

I made the pap watery and added formula (NAN 2)--- chairman refused
I made the pap watery and added breastmilk------------- chairman refused
I made the pap same watery consistency, added nothing, fed with spoon and he seemed to enjoy it because he didn't close his mouth till it finished....

HUSTLE YOUR OWN PPR!

After I got the two ghost updates, I called IRCC on January 7, and was told my file had been approved but that it might take a little more time for me to receive the PPR email. At that time, I had read how people were hustling their own PPR from NDVO, I quickly joined the hustle and in less than 24hrs, I got my own PPR. (By the way, I think NDVO has stopped that benevolence). I requested a change of VFS to submit my passport but received no response in that regard.

After waiting for some days, I sha submitted my passport with my local VAC and the rest is history!

PS: Application was on IP2 from AOR to PPR and file never left the CIO.

I want to thank this family for the selflessness and love that radiates all corners of this thread. Despite the fights that occur at intervals, we all know that “what binds us together is stronger than what pulls us apart” per Obama POTUS (as he then was).

And those to whom this may matter: Do not start this journey on your own accord, but “…in all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall (it’s a certainty) direct your path”. Wherever you are encountering difficulties, do not hesitate to ask God for the wisdom to surmount the obstacles because He gives (wisdom) to all men generously! (James 1:5). Chai!!! Maybe I should hustle my PPR too as CIO has refused to send mail (not even one ghost update) since September 17. They keep saying it's either eligibility review or background check.
Anyway, I will cross this hurdle because God reigns.

in 2017 I applied for visitor visa to Canada and my application was ready in december 2017, but unfortunately I was unable to pick it up since then due to a very "pathetic" reason. On Monday I went to VFS for the collection but I was told d application is no longer with them dat I should contact d embassy, wen I contacted the embassy through mail I received a response dat my passport has been sent to Zonal immigration office in Lagos.
My questions:
1. is it possible for me to get it at immigration office?
2 Do I need to pay some amount of money at immigration office nd hw easier or tedious is it to claim it?
pls serious answer or advice is needed.

You did not collect your package from the VAC within 30 days of their receipt of it. The VAC contacted you 3 times indicating that your package was ready for collection.

Why not go to the office and ask for your passport. Ensure you carry whatever indicates that it was sent there from the VAC.
Do not pay any money to any body cuz they don't produce passports there and it's not like your passport was lost.
Speak confidently else someone may think you're timid and try to intimidate you

If your work experience is easily verifiable, they may not need to transfer your file anywhere for further processing. Alot of people have used fd as pof, and there was no issue.

Hi guys,
I'm 14weeks post-AOR and when I called CIC concerning my application, I was informed that my eligibility is under review although I've passed the criminality, background and so on checks. I submitted 2 reference letters (from my current employer and former employer) and my POF was is FD.
Does anyone have a similar experience and can advise me on what my next line of action should be?
Apparently my file has been in CIO, Sydney all along.
Can the process start and end there? Or should I expect them to move the file to another VO?
