Obidîots are crying 😭. I pity them. Tinubu: 2 Obidîots: 0 Jagaban is a serial winner. |
Akpabio for Senate President! Tinubu appears to be more accessible than Buhari. It was rare to meet directly with Buhari. |
As the court pleases. It doesn't negate the fact that Festus Keyamo is one of the best brains that Nigeria has produced. |
That's how it should be. |
It's amusing when adults think like kids. To believe that Tinubu will lose in court must be associated with low IQ and emotional intelligence level. Hope is not enough to stop Tinubu. The Court of Appeal or the Supreme Court will not cancel the elections or declare another candidate winner. Stop wasting your resources, keep your house together and fight back in 2027 at the polls. |
Una no Sabi economics one bit 😂 NNPC will monopolize the downstream sector in a free market. Nobody can beat NNPC's price, logistic and experience. I've repeated this many times. The only thing that will prevent NNPC from monopolizing the market is a provision in the PIA which says that they should not exceed 30% of the market. |
1Sharon:Why? |
The Nigerian government are justified for always issuing construction contracts to foreign engineering corporations that are tested and proven. |
There's nothing sweeter than banging a: 1. Pretty virgin Fulani Muslim girl as a southern Christian. 2. Pretty female army, Navy or air force personnel as an NYSC member. 3. Pretty female police officer as a civilian with no strings attached. 4. Pretty class representative who scolds you for not being serious. In the first scenario you risk being decapitated. In the second experience, you're making someone who punishes others of status moan and beg you. Congratulations to me🥇🏅🥇 I've experienced number 1,2 and 4. With the useful information from Sahara Reporters, I'll achieve number 3 soon. |
Lutherblaq:Of course. That's what they did. Removal of fuel subsidy was important in 2012. It was when subsidy should have been removed. Tinubu, the parties that would later become the APC, the NLC, etc mobilized to protest against the pertinent economic policy that was designed to reduce Nigeria's debt burden and channel decent allocation of resources to sectors of the economy that can hasten our development as a nation. It is the very problem of democracy. The opposition does not protest because the policy will be bad for the Nation. They protest and counter genuine and wonderful policies to make citizens hate the incumbent government while planning to utilize the distrust in the next elections. We can't remain stagnant because of politics. Tinubu was wrong in 2012 to lead the protest against the removal of subsidy. Today's opposition cannot do the wrong thing because Tinubu did it back then. We're headed towards Venezuela's destination and things will get worse in the next 4 years if fuel subsidy doesn't go completely. |
Nemo Judex in Causa Sua The NLC Chairman endorsed a letter that adopted Peter Obi as the choice of the NLC in February 2023 during the Naira scarcity crisis that affected Nigerian workers. He therefore supported the infliction of pain on Nigerian workers because Obi supported the policy and thought it was going to make Obi win. On the 1st of May 2023, during Workers' day event, the NLC Chairman stood with Obi on the podium and announced that Obi will reclaim his "delusional" mandate. There's conflict of interest because the NLC Chairman overtly supports Peter Obi. He is using his position to threaten Nigeria's stability because Peter Obi lost woefully. Margaret Thatcher did it as the Prime Minister of UK so Tinubu can do it. The Iron Lady dismantled and subdued stronger Trade/ Labour Unions of Britain that has and still has better Labour Laws and judicial independence than Nigeria. If Tinubu doesn't play politics that destroys the NLC and makes the union irrelevant, I'll score him low. |
BOUNTYDOG:Temporary loss to make profit in the long term after gaining control of the market 😂 |
Ezmans:. It's because Dangote is a better business Man! |
blowjohn:The licenses are not granted free of charge. Not everyone has what it takes to get the license. If you're capable, you'll get the license when you apply for it. |
Topmaike007:From Next year's budget, we hope to see billions that used to be previously appropriated for fuel subsidy allocated to human capital development, power (energy), security, salaries and off course, Debt servicing. |
seborrhic:Prices of Petroleum products are governed by OPEC. As a member state of OPEC , for instance, an oil company in Nigeria should not be selling lower than Saudi Aramco in Saudi Arabia. The oil prices are fixed by OPEC. They're international. If a barrel of crude oil is 10$, Dangote won't be buying it from Nigeria at $5. He'll be buying it at 10$. When we bring the factors of comparative advantage and the economies of scale, the cost of production in Nigeria should ordinarily be higher. Dangote's refinery is projected to export its output to African countries and he cannot sell to them below the international prices. The refinery cannot also sell to Nigeria at a lower price because Nigerian smugglers will benefit from such arbitrage system which could see neighboring countries get more supplies than Nigeria as neighboring countries would be getting cheaper fuel from a Nigerian refinery than anywhere else in the world through the backdoor. If the price from Dangote refinery changes from the price of imported fuel, it would be because of logistic and transportation reasons. Like elimination of the cost of shipping which would mean not more than 30 to 50 naira difference. Dangote's refinery is to improve our balance of payment as a country and prevent a balance of payment deficit but not to make fuel cheaper through another form of subsidy. The NLC chairman is empty and his opinion is not without prejudice. |
I'll be the Messi of the sex sport. Let me dust my passport 😂 |
You're wrong. Fuel subsidy is not the only welfare package we receive as Nigerians. Power (electricity) is heavily subsidized. Education (primary, secondary and tertiary) is heavily subsidized. Health care is heavily subsidized. Our problem is ideological. We can't get anything working because of the welfarist system we adopted. |
Djoel:Run a plagiarism check if you'll see the information I posted drafted like I did anywhere else on the internet. It came straight outta my head because I'm a practicing lawyer. The problem with you guys is that you think that you're special yet victimized, outstanding yet persecuted, victorious but cheated and intelligent yet unheard. But the reality is that no serious person out there gives a fvck about a group of naive uninformed flock who are incapable of critical thinking. Put differently, throw your narcissism complex into a trash can and leave it there for incineration. Let's face it. No judge of the tribunal rates Obi as highly as obidîots do. His case isn't different from what we've seen since 1999. In fact, it is the weakest of all we've seen since 99' because this is the freest election of the 4th Republic and Nigeria's contemporary democratic spell. |
Third time he is falling publicly since he became president 😂 |
Fvck! The guts of these idiots. The audacity to think they know shit when they're fvcking empty. |
A registered and popular Newspaper house with specialized editors who have legal backgrounds for courtroom reporting makes a publication and all you can do is to counter it with the Tweet of a stupid girl whose only qualification to have a say on the matter is a blue Tick. From the story in the screenshot, what the Twitter user described is called "stepping down /standing down" a case in legal parlance. Stepping down a case is similar to adjournment. However, the difference is that adjournment means the case will be continued on another day, while stepping down a case means the case will be continued after some minutes or hours the same day. The court is not a playground. It is a place for serious business. If nobody is ready to address a judge regarding a matter, when the judge says " fix your shit and address me when you're ready later in the day" it means the judge has stepped down the case. What's the cause of mass hysteria then? |
You're the idiot here OP. No cap. |
The NLC are empty individuals. Government didn't fix petrol prices, NNPC did for their filling stations. By virtue of the Petroleum Industry Act, NNPC is a private company and no longer a government corporation. The prices fixed by the NNPC are independent. Filling stations that are not under the NNPC franchise can sell at whatever price they want. Let's face it, the NLC wanted their party to win. The leadership of the trade union endorsed the Labour Party during this year's general elections. It is painful when groups try to stall genuine and pertinent economic plans because they're not in power. It is counterproductive to play politics when its time for governance. Tinubu himself and most members of the APC countered Jonathan when he started the process of removing fuel subsidy many years ago. However, the NLC and its sister organisation, the Labour Party, will fail to stop the removal of fuel subsidy and will fail to win elections in 2027 😂 |
Rufai has a very low IQ, no cap |
Wike, you do this one 😂 You've turned your predecessor into "Amaechi Jesus". Fine family 💕 |
Private |
Only applicable in NNPC filling stations. Unpopular opinion: NNPC is no longer owned by the government. I see the corporation monopolizing the downstream sector. If the forces of demand and supply are to determine pump prices, NNPC has the capacity to sell at the lowest rate. They should buy up and rebrand filling stations across the country. |
Just like Reuben Abati joined Arise TV and Thisday Newspaper. People like ex-government officials and children of prominent people have employment advantage anywhere in the world. |
The program was last updated in 2021. Its data is pre- 2022. That's why it gave that answer. The company behind the particular generative pretrained transformer has reiterated that fact unequivocally. |
Throwback:I'll modify immediately. |
