Ugandan President and politicians are the biggest beneficiaries of the economic crisis that will threaten Uganda in the coming weeks.

Their President, Museveni, has been Head of State in Uganda since 1987- a record 37 years, and has won reelection 6 times. His army consistently abuse the country's most vocal opposition, Bobi Wine and not so long ago, Wine's wife was almost stripped naked on election noon.

The impoverished and superstitious citizens of the import-dependent sub-saharan country are happy that a law to persecute anyone who isn't heterosexual or is non-binary is in force. They prefer to stay in churches fasting from dawn to dusk despite their very low standard of living.

When anyone questions why Uganda that was developing at a very slow rate has become stagnant, or in a worse reality- going backwards, members of the executive and legislators can cite their anti-gay laws as the reason for their woes and get reelected to continue redirecting Uganda's resources to private stockpiles for their bloodline.

On another note. I think this is frank MBA second or third promotion in the space of 3months. Retirement is calling. His promotion to DIG is more of a reward for his contribution to the force. Once this IGP retire, and a new IGP is selected from AIGs, all the DIGs retires immediately including Frank Mba.

Even if it happened, if you told them that you're a building contractor and showed them evidence of your identity, they wouldn't harass you. Mention big names that you have worked for and where they can find some of the projects that you've executed. Show them building plans in your car and threaten to call your lawyer right there.

The constitution of Nigeria requires that the National Assembly (specifically the Senate) should screen and approve appointments made by the President of Nigeria.

The National Assembly must be inaugurated first before he can make those appointments that they will scrutinize. The National Assembly was inaugurated only 2 days ago (on Tuesday).

That is the true state of the law worldwide for Electoral Board.

It is the duty of all defendants to do that. The rule isn't limited to INEC or the Election Petition.

The rule is binding on everyone who defends a criminal or civil matter in court.

The fact in issue is not INEC's refusal to disclose evidence that the petitioner has requested. It is to clear its name from unwarranted attacks by an opponent who knows he has no case.

INEC is a defendant. As a party to the suit, INEC is to defend the result that they announced. They're to justify why the result that was announced was announced.

If a woman rejects you, she doesn't like you and will never like you. Playing hard to get is entirely a different thing.

Going after another female in her life is a stupid thing to do because there's no guarantee that the family member or friend of the woman who rejected you will accept your proposal.

In fact, there's a higher chance that her sister or friend will reject your proposal in a way that is worse than she did.
