Tinubu did not win 25% in Abuja needs no proof.

Tinubu's perjury on dual citizenship that he denied and did not mention to INEC requires no proof.
Tinubu's issuer of Primary and O'Level Certificates that he has been unable to demonstrate does not require proof.
Tinubu's refusal to mention his forfeiture of $460000 proceeds from drug trafficking, is perjury.

The dual citizenship/ perjury is not a fact in issue. It was not pleaded by the petitioners in their petitions therefore they can't adduce evidence to support nothing.

The 25% issue is declaratory judgment. The court does not need arguments here because it will be sitting to interpret the provisions of the Constitution.

No, appeal will go to the Supreme Court after here. The Election Petition Tribunal for the Presidential Election is the Court of Appeal unlike other electoral offices.

It's not false.

That's exactly what I'm saying. The period to conclude their election petition is shorter because they're only two parties involved. In Nigeria, 18 parties are involved in 2023. They were more in 2019. Five political parties filed petitions against Tinubu's victory, two of them have withdrawn their petition. The court will now deal with three separate petitions as against the American court that would deal with one petition.

Let's say all 18 of them filed and no one withdrew, the court would deal with 18 separate petitions as against America's one.

The court has to treat their files separately and then come to a final conclusion. For instance, today was slated for Atiku's case alone.

It is why 180 days is provided by law for the conclusion of Election Petition Tribunal in Nigeria.

Try to comprehend a message before criticizing.

The judges must take their time to examine the prayers of the petitioners to avoid reaching their decisions per incuriam.

My point is very clear except you want to keep pretending that you don’t understand. Not uploading results immediately from polling units cannot be a ground for annulling any result in as much as what were eventually uploaded is not significantly different from what is on BVAS and declared by INEC.

Again, please note that SUBSTANTIAL is the key word when weighing irregularities and non compliance with INEC guidelines. Over voting was validly proved in Osun election but Supreme Court agreed with INEC and PDP that the over voting that occurred in some polling units were not substantial enough to alter the outcome of the election.

So, three things have been settled today. 1, not uploading results immediately from polling units is not relevant in as much as what was eventually uploaded is not different from what is on BVAS, the primary source of election data. 2, if there are conflict between results generated on IREV and results on BVAS, the result on BVAS takes precedence since it’s the primary source of election data. 3, even if irregularities were proved, it still won’t matter except they are substantial enough to affect the final result.

This is sound.

Every disobidient should be sad because of the ratio decidendi of the judgment.
