lhordspy:The whole Polling Agents stuff is nuisance value for some parties though. I doubt they have people on ground in real life. I can bet that A does not even 2000 polling unit agents but they registered 80,000+ Sowore does not have 3000 polling agents but he recorded 50,000+ Even PRP has almost 100,000 polling agents when me and you know that they don't have up to 1000 people that will wear cloth in the morning, go to polling units and wait till 5 or 6pm in the evening. |
NNPP = 176,200 Agents LP = 134,874 Agents https://twitter.com/inecnigeria/status/1627777857853313026 Finally confirmed: Pandora will come Fourth ![]()

He had a revelation but couldn't say who the winner would be ![]() Pastor Chris knows that Obi cannot win. He wanted a reaction from his customers, he got the reaction and for him, it was a good day at work 😂 |
Fibonacci88:Party agents were not designed for your strongholds. They were created so that in 100s of polling units in Zamfara, Yobe, Kebbi, Jigawa, BAUCHI, Sokoto, Borno, KATSINA, etc where no one will be voting for Labour Party, the agent can at least checkmate manipulation no matter how little. They are given tags and are usually called as witnesses in courts during election petition matters. How do you prove there was rigging in court when INEC did not register your party's agents in more than 60% of polling units? That there are no agents in more than 60% polling units for LP means there are almost 60% of polling units that LP will score 0 votes. If they had a person there, the person would be the agent lol ![]() |
Are you guys just realizing this? When registration was still on going last year, I created a realistic thread about it. No matter how genuine and beautiful wishful thinking, opinion, optimism and faith are, they can't be reality or facts. Only two people have been in the contest from day 1. https://www.nairaland.com/7348566/political-party-structure-nigeria-myth |
Nigeria gets better before our very eyes. We have better infrastructure. Let me talk about some: 1. When I boarded local Nigerian flights in the early 2000s as a child, I noticed that the aviation industry was operating like Danfo . They could depart from an airport and stop at another airport to refuel or pick passengers in a less-than-45-minutes trip. The industry had 50-year old airplanes operating in the country. The aviation industry has been completely sanitized. We have Air Peace, Ibom Air , Maz Air , etc purchasing brand new Boeing and Airbus planes for travel. The regulations in the aviation industry have become stricter. Practical question: How many commercial plane crashes has occurred in Nigeria from 2013-2023? Compare with other decades. 2. Telecommunications: I still see Nitel Artifacts in my Grandparents house. They tell me of their bad experiences with Nitel. Today we have MTN, Airtel, Glo etc doing promotions for us. Our communication infrastructure has improved over the years. 3. Banking: Though the interest rate is still terrible. Banking in Nigeria has improved greatly. If you want to understand what the banking industry was like in Nigeria even in the 90s, compare the current Nigerian insurance industry to foreign insurance industries . The Nigerian banking industry was transformed in the early 2000s and has one of the best banking infrastructure on earth. 4. How many quality flyovers, interchanges, bridges, malls , roads did Port Harcourt, Akwa Ibom, Ebonyi, Kano, Kaduna etc have pre-1999. How many do they have now? 5. Entertainment and arts: This is often talked about. This sector has greatly developed to global standards, employing a decent number of young people in Nigeria. About 30 years ago, there was no diversity in media. Families could only gather to watch what the government wants them to hear on NTA. Today we have Arise TV, Channels and local soap operas apart from "Super Story" and "Papa Ajasco" 6. Fintech: We're leading Africa in future trends. 7. Democracy- 1999-2023 has been the longest period of Democracy in Nigeria. In 2015 an incumbent president lost. Card readers were introduced. BVAS are going to be used and vote buying is frown upon. Except you're not logical, there's been an improvement from the 1960s, 1970s, 1990s and even 2007. If I had the whole day, I'll list more. The problem is that a lot of citizens genuinely believe that we should be like Switzerland or Denmark if we were progressing and no Nigerian citizen should be hungry ![]() |
Edo State has the most Islamic natives in the South South Geo political zones. Tell me when there was ever a Christian - Muslim Ticket ? It's about time we stopped placing virtue signaling via religious bias over merit. |
Obi will perform better in the North than in the South West. |
Let's face it, INEC as an institution cannot afford to employ hundreds of thousands of employees and pay them for four years for them to work only on two weekends of an election year. About 80% of INEC staff that will run the elections are temporary staffs who are ASUU members, NYSC members, Transport Union workers, Security operatives and a few undergraduates if there are vacancies NYSC members cannot fill. |
History has it that out of 100s of Federal legislators, Datti Ahmad was the only one to propose a bill for the killing of LGBTQs and non-binary Nigerians at the National Assembly. Obidîots will tell you Nigerians are not civilized people. If that clip of Datti calling for the genocide of non-binary people was replayed in the US, UK, Canada or any first world country, LP candidates would be cancelled by the electorates. That's a fact. Obidîots are local champions feeling fly. His combo with a President who didn't conduct Local Government Elections as a governor and hates power devolution is disastrous to the liberty of Nigerians. |
blazesam:Moses has Hebrew origin. He is a prophet in the Koran. Characters like Abraham, Isaac, Moses, the virgin Mary, and even Jesus Christ are not peculiar to Christianity alone. |
Jashub:Na Peter Obi first defect Na Datti first cry for live TV Na Aisha Yesufu first weep for campaign ground. This time next week Peter Obi go dey wail for Anambra ![]() |

Bola Ahmad Tinubu is the Moses of our time. I and all the members of my family queue behind him to cross the Red Sea with us. Moses is a celebrated historical figure in Judaism, Christianity and Islam where he is known as the Prophet Musa. Below are some of the characteristics the next president of Nigeria, Bola Ahmad Tinubu, share with Moses. 1. Moses was Pharaoh's daughter's adopted son, raised by a single mother in the palace of Pharaoh where he became a Prince of Egypt. Similar circumstances are associated with Bola Tinubu. He is rumoured not to be from Lagos but was raised by wealthy single mother in Lagos where he reigned as the King of Lagos. 2. Moses had speech impediment. Moses was a guy who struggled to make a coherent sentence. It was very bad that he questioned God about how he would confront Pharaoh and lead the children of Israel. God reminded him of Aaron who did the speaking. Tinubu from his youth has been troubled by slow speech ability. However, God had shown him a team to work with who will deliver their responsibilities and communicate effectively with us like Aaron did for Moses. 3. Moses dined and wined with Pharaoh in Pharaoh's house until he could no longer bear the humiliation and slavery that Pharaoh put the Israelites through. He murdered an Egyptian official guarding the slaves not minding that he would lose favour in the Eyes of Pharaoh. Tinubu dined and wined with Pharaoh until he could no longer bear the hardship Pharaoh's cash seizure put Nigerians through. He stood up against the policy not minding that he would lose favour in the Eyes of Pharaoh. 4. God sent Moses to Pharaoh, whose house Moses lived in as Prince for decades, to tell him, "Let my people go". Pharaoh was adamant and stubborn. At the end Moses led the children of Israel and God destroyed Pharaoh, his army and chariots at the Red sea. God has sent Tinubu to Pharaoh, whose party Moses contests in, to tell him, "Let my people have their cash". Pharaoh is stubborn but God will destroy Pharaoh, his cabal, PDP and LP at the polls. 5. Moses raised his rod for the dawn of renewed hope. Tinubu has raised his rod for the dawn of renewed hope. May God give Bola Tinubu a smooth 4 years of his first tenure which begins on the 29th of May, 2023. Amen! |
Prince Arthur Eze wey pursue this clannish woman family commot for Anambra talk say Obidîot no go win election. Who be Chimamanda for 9ja politics? Person wey go dey America dey follow updates for Twitter on 25th. She no fit step foot for South East because Ekpa boys dey on ground. Abi she Sabi book , statistics or politics pass her Governor, Charles Soludo, who thinks of Obidîot as an incompetent fraud who doesn't stand a chance in a presidential election in Nigeria. |
Simon Ekpa debunked una forged Finnish letter. Una latest approach na to forge letter disseminate all over the internet ![]() IPOB aka Obidîots 😂 |
oluwaseyi0:APC will win better than 2019. Every State Jagaban wins will return at least 2 APC senators. In fact, PDP senators for South East go reduce because of Labour Party. APC Senators for South South like Ben Ayade, Adams Oshiomole and Akpabio go increase. Omo Agege will be replaced by an APC senator. |
MajorOvakporaye:No be me dey struggle for ATM. I don forget when I go ATM go queue or enter bank self. Na your Papa and mama dey chop insult for ATM queue. So nothing concern me with your poverty. |
Goodlady:It's obvious that what Buhari loves most after power is his Fulani people. He wants to either keep power or let a Fulani retain it. However, the bulk of Fulani heavyweights in Nigerian politics today are for Asiwaju. Fear not. We'll deliver Jagaban. N/B. I'm not Yoruba. |
MajorOvakporaye:I'm living in an apartment you can't afford. No be cap. |
MajorOvakporaye:No family famous or get money pass my family for my village ![]() Just to let you know ![]() Today Dem carry 200,000 naira new notes come give my mama for house just for her to air way bill it for me. No be cap. |
PeterObi4LP:Tinubu's cap can defeat Obidîot. Obidîot is not in the race. |
Valkrie:I'll personally autograph his portrait for you on the 1st of June 2023. His picture will be hanging on your office and living room as the GCFR soon. |
Like I said earlier, Buhari lost the war before he even started. No one gives two fvcks about him again. To the high ranking members of APC, myself inclusive, we've already delivered Tinubu as our new president. We're waiting for his swearing on the 29th of May. The only people still supporting Buhari in APC today are those that can't deliver their polling unit. Bashir Ahmad couldn't even clinch a primaries ticket. AGF, Malami couldn't get Governorship ticket. Buhari himself couldn't stop Jagaban from winning the primaries despite his envy. Even Aisha Buhari is not supporting Buhari at the moment. Buhari has less than 3 months to fvck off Aso Rock . To the big political players, he technically has one week. All they need to do is deliver Tinubu next week and Buhari's orders will be equivalent to an order made by Obasanjo or Goodluck Jonathan. To be honest, no APC governor gives a fvck about the dictator at the moment. |
AfricanColumbus:There's nothing like the "practical power" of the executive. All arms of government, including the executive, derive their powers from the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. They are bound by it. The President is either exercising Presidential power or abusing his office as president. The latter is wrong and constitutes an impeachable offence. In the current case, the president is abusing his office. Trump didn't go this low before his first impeachment was concluded. In a proactive democracy, the National Assembly would be sitting to begin his impeachment process today. There's a reason the first thing coup plotters who take over power do is to suspend the constitution. As long as the constitution subsists, there's nothing like "practical power". It's either a president's constitutional power or abuse of power. |
b4ball:Tell me where this beer palour assertion of yours is contained in our grund norm, the CFRN 1999? |
AfricanColumbus:Regarding your last paragraph, the only judgment/ decision of the supreme court that the President of Nigeria has power over is in relation to criminal offences and not civil cases. Precisely, the only judgment of the Supreme Court that the President may not honour is a judgment punishing a person for an offence. The President's prerogative of mercy vested on him by section 175 of the CFRN 1999 gives him power to pardon convicts after consultation with the council of state. Apart from that, the President is bound by all rulings of the Supreme Court. |
AfricanColumbus:Stop disgracing yourself. The supreme court can declare the Acts ,that is laws, made by the National Assembly null and void and unconstitutional. What the fvck is an executive order? Hear this boy: the supreme court can declare an ultra vires executive order null, void and unconstitutional. The Supreme Court can declare the impeachment of the President illegal and make an order to reinstate him as president. Again, what's your qualification to have an opinion on this matter? LL.B, B.l or LL.M ? |
Op, let's start from here: What's your qualification to have an opinion on this matter? LL.B, B.L or LL.M. ? You're writing trash. The supreme court of Nigeria has the power to declare an executive order null and void. The Supreme Court has the power to say that a man can marry a man and a man can change into a woman. It has happened in many democratic countries. The supreme court has the power to say that abortion is legal or illegal against the order of the president or laws enacted by the legislature and heavens will not fall. It happened in America last year. If an election petition from the court of appeal gets to the Supreme Court, the supreme court has power to declare the seat of the president vacant because he was invalidly elected. Any immunity he has will cease and will be ferried away from the office by the army if he resists. The Supreme Court has the power of reinstating a president who is impeached and removed. The Supreme Court has the power of declaring a law made by the National Assembly null and void and unconstitutional. After the Supreme Court, you go to God. The only abuse of power and unconstitutional actions are the actions of President Buhari. The good news is that, the governors enjoy the same immunity he has. |
phorget:Jagaban is your next president. Suicide rate go increase for South East next week Saturday ![]() |
A classical case of pot calling kettle black. PDP used Asian prison developers from 1999 to 2023 and dumped una. Na Peter Obi first defect. Na Datti first cry for live TV NA Aisha Yesufu first cry for campaign stage. Next Saturday Na Obi-lie go cry ![]() |
