A man who have 2 of his multi-million naira roofs removed and replaced within 1 year of install was complaining against a contractor who built a house for him without a single issue except window installation which was caused by a subcontractor who delayed the supply.

Isn’t that witchcraft?

The house and the records are there in Diamond estate, Sangotedo.

I can imagine what would have happened if brabus built the 2 house whose roofs were removed within a year of install.

That’s why we always ask them to tell us the specific issues they have against brabus and stop crying like babies.

Most clients are trying to avoid paying middleman for a specialist job that they knew the baba latis will end up being the one doing.

The only mistake here is when clients deal directly with them baba latis without professional guidance on project cost.

So my house was burgled in February by thieves, which left 6 windows and their nets vandalized. The lead bricklayer that built the house took money before he could go and assess the level of damage done to the windows, same with the welder that constructed the burglary proof.
Adedward sent his boys to fix the 6 windows and their nets on our preferred day, without even billing us.
Keep it up man.

I don't like having altercation with contractor here and I apologize for that. I have learnt so much from this forum and using contractors from this forum is my way of giving back to the community. My action here was reactionary as I felt that I was being taken for granted.

Adedward has agreed to come and assess the windows and what need to be fixed. He has given me his words that he would rectify those things and I have equally told him if need be, I will contribute to his expenses.

See this incidence as a one off thing and such do happen once in a while and plead that people should not hold anything against him. I am not a tough or very rigid person, as I told him that if he had come clean and state his challenges initially, I would have supported him financially to rectify the issue.

Everything that happens provides an opportunity for learning. I just say let me give an update on my altercation with him. I have equally taken down those comments in the thread at his request.

That's more open to exploitation. The same story the marketers tell us is that that take readings from the transformer and share it among the houses on it.

I forgot to mention I’m the only one using the transformer. So there are no house to share with.

After the first 7 months, we started getting between 22 - 23k per month which is fair enough for an event center with over 40 ACs (3hp and 2hp)
