And we have a winner! Steel Roof was chosen over traditional Timber Roof

Let's roof this house! We promise to give this full coverage as it'll be featured in the August edition of a popular Nigeria property magazine.

Of course... it's only now that I am aware of the area. If I know the area is like that, I won't even try it.
But we don't like to individually create a good water channel in Naija, even big people waiting for Govt. to do everything for them.

Hajji M.
Just exactly the problem. We want to build millions naira edifices and not want to put couple of thousands or more into proper drainage and its constant maintenance.

Govt cannot do everything for us even if they have the capacity to do it.

LOL, the Village people, i actually love. Always in the village within 48 hour i land in NIgeria. Eeso e!!! The family has enough property in the place and my L-Pad project is there too. I'm actually buying the land for my sister that is married to a foreigner. I want her to have something to her name and that will keep her coming home too.

SIr, the location is close to My Village but not in my village. Just like to live between my village and lagos without the headache of lagos and without the living in the village where everybody knows me.
I can see lafarge buildings. Those house are constructed with lightweight steel.

Not bad if you can get allocation very near to development and not far inside. Think security!

How about this in Ikota Complex?

Within 8-10 minutes after any rain, the water will drain off and you'll not see the flooded street again.

The worse of all is VGC.

This is effect of blocked or inadequate drainage system. It can happen anywhere.
