Show me! Be the Moses and not the grumbling Israelites. Common roof Pako no straight. Smh Something like "Hey Son! This is how we do it" and not "It suppose be like..." Ask what you can do for your country, not what your country can do for you. Something better than pointing out errors only to stage an uninspiring show. Or sitting behind 5 screens 24/7 with uninterrupted power supply to fight e-war. Meanwhile some people are striving to rebuild their country. Yet, they'll say "Bullshit men, Naija is undeveloped. I have 24/7 lights in Cal to myself" To do wetin? #LetsGoToTheAuthorities #DangoteOLoriMeji I'm not government meaning I live on support. #MisplacedPriorites is when you try to show yourself where you ought not. #DumpTruck on 20k ($60) per day. #IDontKeepUpWithJoneses #WhatIDid I'm among the pioneer of online construction in Nigeria and I'm happy it's yielding a very positive result today. I did a community road for over 500 residents and gave electricity to a community of more than 50 houses. Gave a community borehole for portable water with generator. Empower the youths to do communal service (bought them pumping machine, boots, rakes, shovel) to clean up drainages, employed over 200 people both in IT and Construction. Gave free accommodation to people. Just a few to mention. I did all these half your year in a city where I wasn't known. Sponsoring over 10 university students. #LagoonIsCalling #WhoIsMakingNoise #AskThosethatKnow #10kMyFoot

mufutau55:Na clap and it's coming after the count of .. Truth be told, there's nothing, I repeat absolutely nothing new in construction that has not been used here in Nigeria. The ones we can't readily source in the building market, we improvise with alternatives. This is Lagos! Brabus

Here's for the winner...

Interstates and Intercity Rail Project ~ The Goodnews Here is the goodnews to residents and investors in Lagos and Ogun state. Parts of the Lagos Mass Transit Scheme are also embedded within the Ogun State Railway. So in actual fact it appears that the Lagos and the Ogun State Transit schemes are actually one larger network, so the $3.5 Billion that embodies the Ogun State rail scheme, in actual fact also embodies part of the Lagos scheme as well. With this in mind, the project should be perceived as more feasible. When we factor in the Chinese Exim Bank arrangements, Private Equity Investors and the loans that will be arranged to supplement these lines, by both the State and Federal Governments, the execution of these projects is not such a long shot after all. Ogun Intercity Rail Network Unveiled @ Marpol, put mind at rest o. It's now confirmed that the Lagos - Calabar Coastal Rail project with 22 stations will pass through the following routes and confirmed stations. In reality the railway starts from Ogun and not Lagos as widely publicized and Ogun state has the largest number of stations. 3 rail stations will be at Itori (the starting pointing), Iperu and Ijebu-Ode. Sagamu being the largest beneficiary. @ Marpol, There was a realignment and the rail line and train station to be built by CCCEC is now at Iperu. The rail line is normally planned to pass our street bro. Hurrah!! The most interesting one is the Lagos-Ibadan 150km/hr fast rail line (the fastest in Nigeria) and connects the second longest rail line in Nigeria (Lagos -Kano) passing through Itori. Itori and Sagamu may be the next BIG thing now for commercial developments. Brabus

@ Marpol, the layout should give you an idea of why I choose Sagamu as the place to build my country home despite being a man from Egbaland. It's the southwest gateway and the new center. There's national train station, intercity narrow guage lines, an airport (site already established) and nearness to 4th mainland bridge. And it's fast becoming the largest industrial city in Nigeria. Everyone (Nestle, Lafarge, Wichtech, most steel production coys etc) wanna be here. Yet, no bottlenecks. Marpol:Very important, bro! You may want to check the other rail lines and road network in Ogun and Lagos to know areas you should steer clear off. This things will definitely come to pass one day and it seems the day is nearer than ever imagined. Attached is the layout. @ mavverick, see the area where the proposed 4th mainland bridge starts from in the layout. It is after Ajah and Lekki2 but before Ogombo. Take note, Ogombo is after Abraham Adesanya. Hopefully, I'll get some pics of the ongoing earthwork in the areas I presume it'll pass through.

Lagos-Calabar Rail Project Captured in 2016 Budget | Possible Affected Communities be aware. Name: Nigeria Coastal Railway Use: Transport Status: Approved (Feasibility Studies Underway) States: Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Edo, Delta, Bayelsa, Rivers, Abia, Akwa Ibom, Cross River Contractor: CCECC Cost: $13.1 Billion Gauge: Standard In 2009, I heard the rumor and use the first hand information to pick my land. I already knew of Sagamu as one of the affected communities and I ensure I got at least 65m setback from the "already installed beacons" for the proposed rail line to my property. If you're building within any of the listed communities that fall within the route of the already awarded railway, it'll be wise to visit your nearest local planning offices to know the exact route and also check if you do not fall within setback limits. segcymoor:Bros, my head no dey swell o. Thanks for the compliment. If I do a solid block for a reasonable price, will I need to write the book epistle to the Nairalanders to convince segcymoor to buy. Definitely, NO! Everybody WINS. |
Last Monday, a fence collapsed due to lateral pressure from the 1m high filled soil. We were called to rebuild the fence. Here we are at the moment with multi-flow pipes to drain off excess water.
|
segcymoor:Don't get confused bro. I can still throw down more. I only pick one at random from the unused block on the upper floor of the test site during site inspection this morning. Nothing special. However, in order to be relevant in the game, you need to look less at the immediate gains. Just last week I announced that the 4" solid is been requested by one of the most popular .... in VI. They are presently doing a multi-million dollars construction with JB and other construction giants. That's where I wanna sell my blocks. It's a number game. The more. The merrier. The paying clients will pay the right figure without stress. I'm sure you'll agree that my marketing strategy won't be to go to sites to throw blocks from 10 story buildings. But to give an irresistible offer. I've saved on cost of production by dealing with major area of challenges (Dump Truck, Solar Powered Pump for Borehole, etc). What else do I need? Stress? No! I want to sit down and people make orders for blocks based on their specification and not the general market specs. |
Roof Gutter Slab| 28 days curing period satisfied The Mission is to create a non-visible (zero maintenance) flat roof for this project.

The Double Volume Suite | One Man's Bedroom, Another Man's Prayer Sleep. Play. Work. Relax.
|
segcymoor:It's not yet commercial. We are still working on the logistics (distribution and marketing). For now, they're used for our projects only. And clients do pay between N130 - N170. It could cost more when we go commercial. Brabus |
