CultureRe: 39 And Never Married, Should I Run? by na2day2(m): 2:19am On Sep 04, 2007
which kin crap talk bi dis? there are tons of ppl in the usa, male or female not married and no kids, and it is easily found among the white professional folks. and present day nigeria has taken to that trend too as every1 wants to make money have a car, big house, save zillions of naira so that they can spend it all on the wedding, b4 they even consider settling into any serious relationship, so it is not strange and i truly wonder if u are truly american.
RomanceRe: Heartbroken: Jilted By My Girlfriend For An 'Ex-Boyfriend' by na2day2(m): 11:45pm On Sep 03, 2007
story story, storrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry! the only reason i never yab u na because i no dey sure if this na true story or u just dey make am up. if na true story, pele. now to the facts, na u create your own wahala. from wetin u write, the girl had given u early signs, why didnt u slow down and handle her as just friends pending when things are cleared. girls can hurt u badly but Nigeria girls will kukuma kill u pata pata. i will tell u from this experience of mine that alot of times, when we slow down and do more observations, we save our hearts lots of pains. for nigerian singles in the states, na common thing when a guy meets a fellow Nigeria girl that is also single, he will begin to mentally evaluate the girl if she bi marriageable material or someone he will just have a thing or two with. na so i met this girl, we became very good friends and me sef don dey think say she probably will be the one oooo, i dey do my observation quietly. i even invited her to come to my place for vacation since she just don graduate. na me dey pay the air tickets ooooo; this girl go my hi5 page see one small pikin wey bi my niece, the girl blew up saying she dey disappointed in me, say why i dey hide say i get pikin. na hin i begin dey probe the girl, i con ask am if i get pikin wetin happen, long story short, she begin dey miss yan, i con knw say, that relationship no go ever happen. even now she still think say na my pikin. so bros, slow down and u will see better, love is not as blind as u think ooooo.

FYI: use the mirror of life simulated problems well in your relationship, it always reflect the true image of people.

i believe you're married to a nigerian or will be, if any of these is true, you're even more stupid than i thot. before u use grammar finish male nigerians, remember u are one and u just might have one for a son, so shut the hell up! angry angry

jujukemist:
We must look critically at the issue on hand-never to be taking lightly.
I suspect that Nigerian guys seems to suffer from the lack of theo-psycho-sociological capacity in other for them to have some sense of altruistic appreciation of the female gender. Whom the Master programmer gave to them for tendering.

RomanceRe: No Finance, No Romance! by na2day2(m): 10:37pm On Sep 03, 2007
ovularia, i must say, u r wrong. yes, many guys feel uncomfortable if they cant take care of their own, but that is natural, it is instinct in a sane man but if u handle ur biz properly, i can assure u, ur man will respect u even more. the main problem here is head education, look back at many old couples in nigeria, many i have meant too, the women even earned more than their men, some of the men were flat broke but they both come to have a proper heart education and know that they both are one, and share both the joys and the pains. so if u were flaunting cash b4 the guy and buying urself stuff, definately na u cause am. there are a billion ways u can do it and it will neva hurt him. u can both go out, and let him choose something for u every now and then, and if u had given him the money or credit card (assuming u trust him that much) earlier, he does the paying, that will ease just abt everything. in today's america, an educated woman without a job feels insecure if she cant get her man something at christmas, thanksgiving, on his birthday etc not to talk of a man that feels it is his duty to provide. WISDOM IS THE KEY GIRL! u might have lost ur one true sweet heart.

FYI: read proverbs 31 and learn what a real woman does at different circumstances

sweetchick:
I just have to post a comment now.
Sometime ago, I dated a guy who was not well off. I have a very comfortable job and I am well able to take care of myself. However, my boyfriend was super sensitive in the issues of finance. He hated it when I spent money on myself or did things for my self that he could not afford to. I was very careful not to make financial demands on him. Then he resented my not making demands saying he was not good enough for me. Eventually we broke up which hurt a lot.
Now I have decided never to date any guy who is financially zero. By that, I mean decent job, accomodation and good future prospects. As I said before, I am hardworking and can take care of my self. But I believe a guy has to be financially OK to feel confident ( Guys, correct me if I am wrong). After the heartache I heve had, I am not ready to go through it again.
Money is not everything but it sure makes things easier. I think I have learnt that the hard way. What do y'all think?
