Check Plugs, Fuel filter/pump and air filter. Go to your mechanic

Plugs are new NGK (bought 3 months a ago) and cleaned of carbon two days ago, injector serviced, airfilter is relatively new and clean. The fuel filter is what wasn't checked.

The codes point to a faulty pedal and an unlearned idle .

Replace the throttle pedal or pedal app.

Clear codes and test vehicle.

If this does not work, swap the other two parts sequentially and test, one of them should solve the problem.

Thanks boss. The P2176 was the only code it showed before now until I serviced the injector nozzles and P0113 and P2138 showed up.

Besides, my odometer has been "------------" not showing trip or mileage.

I scanned and three codes popped up:

2. P2176 (throttle idle position not learned)

It showed the P2135 code but I cleared the code and I stopped seeing it. Could come back. I tried to floor the accelerator 3 times while engine is 'on' but not running. (A tip I saw on Honda group online about how to recalibrate pedal position).
