Osita Chidoka was interviewed by a lady (she was good but not confrontational like Stephen) and I did not see any extra or outstanding responses to questions raised. Osita did well nonetheless. Interestingly, NOI's interview with Christianne Amanpour and the infamous GEJ's interview with Issa Sesay tell how daunting such interview sessions can be. Hope UBA does something about how their staff steal people's money deposited in the bank through various fraudulent means. I know of someone who just got ripped off about 12k on an interbank transfer into her account. She had previously received an alert the previous day of the full amount she was expecting only to receive another alert the following day that about 12k had been withdrawn. The lame excuse given is that it is deducted online and there is nothing they can do. They even tried to put the blame on her that she must have disclosed her pin number to someone. She queried how a deduction can be made on her account without authorisation from UBA after receiving alert for the full amount she was expecting. Although she does not even use online transactions, she knows that an sms confirming a transaction would be sent together with a TAC. No tangible excuse was provided and no effort to help retrieve the money. Though the amount is small the case is being pursued with a lawyer and indirectly through the NDIC just to serve as a deterrent.

Are all the 150 on board Nigerians? Could it not have been the kids losing their lives and not the parents? Could it not have been all of them. What and who gave them the guarantee that Europe is better?
