I partook in several PTA meetings in ehalf of some children under my care and made my comments known. The hard till and sharp decline saw most parents unable to pay their kids school fees. I personally did all I could, pushed and pressed buttons so they listened to me and subsidised payments or established a regulated payment structure where parents Coul split school fees in 1000 Naira instalments. I was shocked at the attitude towards my suggestion.



As we speak atleast 4 out of 10 students that attend some people's school dropped out to publish schools. Traumatic I sing the kids cause they had to walk by enough their public schools. Yet some people keep gathering, building edifices to impress when there's issues within to handle better internally. This is one, Issue of pension and the likes is another.


What a mess. I know Christian leaders I celebrate. I know the ones I just that k God for.


No beef. We must have convictions, beliefs and perspectives. For confirmation of my claim check up on the school goers records in the past five years 4 to 10 dropped on account of no splitted tuition and no subsidised payments.

Hello and good morning everyone, very sorry to bother everyone. Please know i wouldn't be doing this if it's not my last option, I never imagined I'll come online to beg someday but that's how life is anyway. My name is Bolaji and am from a south western state. I am a final year student in one of the university here, am having problems concerning my final year project am that's why am here. Am not a lazy man but life just hasn't been fair to me, lost my dad some years ago and a sick old mom is all i have left, no family or friends to help. Am the first born and am supposed to be there for my siblings but i can't even help myself talkless of them and it's always so sad but i do little i could. I used to work as a photographer but had to sell my camera last 3 month when my mom condition worsened, since then I've been doing some menial jobs to make ends meet. School has resumed back now, and my supervisor has been disturbing me for project money, the money is 35k and am the only person left to pay, he is even threatening me with extra year, I've tried to plead and reason with him but the man won't just hear anything from me. I swear i would have drop out if not that am in final year already, am just so fed up with everything, the stress is too much. I am aware this might not be the experience of every couple but the many couple I have interacted with, the story is pretty much the same: the wife losing interest in sex once she gets married to the man and especially once children start coming. For certain couples it isn't as obvious as that, the wife simply approaches sex as a mechanical function that she needs to get over with and perhaps do something else. Why do you think this is so? The story doesn't add up to conclude a DNA test request orchestrated this whole collapse as insinuated. There seems to be critical and lingering issues that have even made the man absond from home. They both seems to be trying hard to garner public sympathy by being economical with the truth, for if your house is already on fire how do you tie that to your request for a DNA test on your own son, something no one can actually stop you from carrying out if you so desire? So what if at the end the result turn negative? He would have been justified showing the public the result proving the baby isn't his, that alone would have won the much needed sympathy. I think the truth side will be unfolded once the issue assume a full legal dimension.

He needs his wife's DNA for the test.
The test could show that he is not the father, but without the wife it won't tell if the baby came as a result of cheating or being exchanged in the hospital.

I am a boy of 26 years,I lost my father when I was 19 years.

I am the first Child and Son of my father from my own mother,he married many wives and gave birth to different children with those women,though that's his life.

My father was the only son of his family,and he has other siblings.It happened that at the point of my grand father's death,he left many properties which my father inherited as the only son of the family, while my father's other siblings are all married with kids living in their own separate families.

After graduating from the University, my father took over the business of my grandfather and it prospered. He expanded the business and the revenue increased.

The time came that my father got married to my mother and had two sons with her.He lived with my own mother for only two years and had problems with her,which led to their separation.

He took my younger brother and I to live with one of his sisters. So I grew up in my aunty's house,even though he was visiting us from time to time. After some years,my had a mysterious accident that killed him instantly,that was when my problem started with my Aunties.

My Aunt withdrew her financial assistance to me and my younger brother three months after we buried my father. We struggled to train ourselves at the University,it wasn't easy.

The time came,I finished school, I had no job,even my younger brother, things became very difficult for us,we approached my Aunt for assistance, but she refused. The reason why we did this was because,my aunt has been in charge of the business that my father was in control of before his sudden demise. We reported to the elders in our village,they summoned her,she refused to come,after much persuasion and fights. she came and stated that the business and properties in question was that of her Dad meaning my Grandfather's,that even though my dad inherited them and made some useful inputs, that they will be in control of things till we are of age.The Elders then asked her,the reasons why she doesn't help us anymore,she said its because of the way and manner we behave towards her and her children. The truth is that we have never for one day insulted she and her siblings.They then mandated her that she should have fixed amount that she should be remitting to us every month. We agreed on N30,000 every month for the both of us,she started paying us that amount and stopped,after eight months . We later got information from some people that she is trying to change ownership of those properties in other to claim full ownership, at this point,we are stranded and don't know how we will stop her and reclaim what is truly ours.


Please advice us on how to go about it.

I understand motivation after scholarship exams, but no graduating first class.
Like I said, it is a reward by itself as have an advantage in getting interviews, research grants etc.

Why should academic excellence be rewarded?
Your first class is for yourself. It is its own reward.
Removing the "matthew effect", the best graduating students are not always better than their colleagues.
