huum, i hope these guys are not the 'marines' that would 'take over' in the delta after training. ![]() |
Our President GEJ would be inaugurated on SUNDAY 29th May 2011. This is like an ordination , spiritual in nature. Maybe He is really the chosen one. Let's pray for Him to receive wisdom beyond the problems of this great country. I think the entities are in unism with this date being a sunday, what a great coincidence. |
yes i agree that there has been some integration of ethnic groups through cohabitation and to some extent inter marriages but the question remains: why do people in the north keep killing southerners at the slightest provocation? This is why people think both divides cannot coexist. Could it be that there is a minority extremists group supporting these killings? eg bokoharam sect Could it be that the average common hausa/fulani/moslem ordinarily would not kill a christian or a person unless coaxed into doing so. Could it be that strangers are usually hired to carryout these acts in the name of moslems/fulanis/hausas Could it be that these riots/killings have not been studied carefully to understand their real nature so as to know how to stem them. Could it be that we have state/federal gov'ts that do not know how to provide security and are biased about coexistence-they have it in lips and not in actions Could it be that truly nigeria is not yet a nation in reality but a nation in the making, that still needs to undergo some more pains and metamorphosis. Could it be that these actions are actually driven by deprivation, poverty, and lack of self-worthy leading to competitions and insecurity at sight of one another especially if of different ethnicity or religion. Otherwise going about your normal business, why would one dare kill another man whom he/she sees as from the same country or community? Division is not the answer but solution is continuing integration, education, good governance and engendering of integrity, confidence in ability to provide for all and selfworth in society - North, South, East or West. Governments can put these in place if they are sincere in every state such that those who perpetrate evils are brought to justice and those interfering with the well being and unity of nigeria are thoroughly repelled with government aparatus. This will instill discipline and fear of evil. right now there is no fear of evil in nigeria. It's not that North and South cannot co-exist, and our governments are not helping matters. |
why not register at instantgoldng.com get verified and buy LR. i used their service in early april. it was ok. they are in naija and sold to me at $1=N165 then. |
sorry i have not followed this recently. do you want to buy some? i do not wish to give his contact here but you could call me on 07064210608. |
my take: get good JER EPM acupuncture, puncture the depressions/sadness and it gives you a good sleep. serves you right. |
i hold Seun responsible for seeing this one on front page. he probably took interest in 'Rapture Just Took Place Here in Nigeria' ![]() |
@Dis Guy point is a society where there is indiscipline, disrespect for order, rules, laws and laid down procedures the language that would be quickly understood is either prosecution or use of force by the enforcement authorities. ![]() |
theorists and economic champions- Assuming you were among GEJ advisers what would you have suggested to him to make naija economically viable and self sustaining? oya answeroooooo ![]() |
these ppl are here for business and they can always go back home. so i won't bother much about this but if our gov't is serious they should be monitored just the way they follow us like flies in their country. |
false prophecies would not stop but the wise will know the season of the end but the day/hr no one would know. it would be as a thief in the night, so says d bible |
if u guys understood the level of indiscipline and lack of respect for rules and laws in naija, you would not be blaming GEJ for his current order in this issue. call home and be informed. ![]() |
all these noise makers abusing my presido are crazy idiots. bottom line: let's see if the price of kero will not go down. The man knows naija better than you folks making cyber noise on NL from exile. come home and see if that is not the way to go. Theories don't work in dis society as it is today, , u hear? |
My apprehension: with this, there is big hole and for luck to determine who gets into the hole. I hope some of the big teams would not be kicked out for potentially weak teams that would not perform for africa during the 2014 world cup proper. |
@originator of thread>>>> maybe consider this: try and team up with some other lawyer like your self and take a go at your own chamber (if you have some savings that can last your family up to a year or more), be your own boss man with all the connections you have made already and the new ones that would come along, you would not go under. OR GET A NEW TRAINING YOU CAN COMBINE WITH YOUR PRESENT CAREER eg landed property/estate speculation. Goodluck to you. |
what do they really do in these positions to warrant these armed-robber salaries and allowances? Na wa for naija gov't. Where is Sanusi? take them to court straight this time, we go follow you , only say Sanusi don dey join them, he wan build hotel. who go go for us? ![]() |
wow, ^^^^ i see. ![]() |
@fawazbruce I support your last paragraph. The answer is CONFEDERATION. Long overdue and postulated before the civil war. I wonder why we don't have the liver to accept this truth and move on for peace along that line of governance as a country. Maybe we prefer another massive bloodshed, i hope we can yet prevent the looming cannage. |
what trainings do you have? what is your ideal job or profitable vocation? work towards these if you already have the training otherwise get a short training towards your loved vocation and get on at it. By 60 you would be self sustained and rich by some standard, if black witch no come inside , trust me. |
@okeymadu for me sanusi should not go into such venture as a hotel building. if the building belonged to CBN well i can escuse him a bit. |
this cannot be true, sanusi should know this is wrong of him. Who approved the project? is GEJ aware? if this is true then some crazy guys are incharge over there. may God help us as a nation. |
good move but he should be careful in the fray so as not to end his career in serie A due to injuries. Serie A is a tough league. |
wey d guy sef? he is not responding so make una chill first. d man dey pull una into ranting. to thread: poster is a waste. |
my mallam friend sold $1 for 157 on 06/05/11. |
win election or not, a responsible government is obligated to bring those responsible for violence and killings to justice. GEJ owes this nation this responsibility. It has been linked to Buhari because it was his supporters that caused/maybe did the killings. It is only when people who cause these killings are fished out and brought to justice repeatedly that others intending to carryout similar actions in future could be deterred. Security of the lives and properties of citizens is surely an area that has not been adequately addressed in the various states of nigeria. |
(((WINDS OF POSITIVE CHANGE HAS BLOWN AT MY BELOVED IMO))) WELCOME TO A NEW DAWN, THE PEOPLE HAD THEIR WORD STOOD. CONGRATS IMO! |
BEAUTIFUL FOR SITUATION, THE JOY OF THE PEOPLE. PEOPLE BE HAPPY FOR A CHANGE HAS COME FOR MY PEOPLE IN IMO STATE. ROCHAS OKOROCHA, NOW YOU HAVE THE ENTIRE IMO TO CHANGE AND IMPACT FOR BETTER DAYS, GO ON. CONGRATULATION!!!. ![]() |
I personally was disappointed at the way she reacted after the first election, she actually sounded like she must win and that is not a good attitude for a person of her 'standing'. Good she lost again so she could be humbled by experience. |
even those that keep sleeping with other men's wives, men that swindle state money with impunity, i think uduaghan draws support from those he has been sharing the booty with but surely he has not been good governor in the last 4yrs. i pitty delta state unless uduaghan will repent and begin to implement as example what i saw advertised in CNBC africa and indeed complete the airport and ughelli-asaba road (mediocrity contractor he is using), and other kangaroo camelion-like projects, chuuuuuuurrrrrr! now women are protesting along warr/sapele road. i hope they don't open their yuansh for him 'because that would spell his end like ibori. It is obvious that rigging took place in the creeks. Why would uvwie not vote uduaghan if he did well? not just tribal sentiments from urhobos but that he did not just perform in the last 4yrs. ![]() |
@GENELAND you hit rightly but for electronic voting of this sought i think we have to improve the electoral act to allow electronic voting. This may have made Jega not to go for that option. There are still years ahead for improvemnts. That the young of 16 years is thinking about how to improve the system is highly commendable and it shows that we indeed have hope in the younger generation in this country. Surely we are not that lazy. ![]() |
