PoliticsRe: Senators Plot To Impeach Yar'adua by namdo(m): 12:19pm On Jan 20, 2010
so easy to see we are ruled by set of selfish idiots who can't even take decisions amicably and sensibly. Hijackers of governance. Who elected these people in senate and house of rep? Nobody!!! Thieves. That's why they are always watching their backs while running their race at gov't busines instead of taking constitutional bold steps to govern and solve problems. they can't do anything good. embarassed cry I sorry for Naija.
SportsRe: Nigeria Vs Mozambique African Nations Cup 3-0 by namdo(m): 11:15am On Jan 20, 2010
A draw is possible. we need the lucks grin or they come home and take the bashing and then prepare for June 2010.
Martin, Osaze and Obasi can give us the goals, Apam will do better than what Yobo did, trust me grin
SportsRe: I Am One Of The Best Strikers In Nigeria - Yakubu by namdo(m): 4:28pm On Jan 15, 2010
Player that does not position himself properly to receive passes. how can he perform? , even in everton he has the same problem.

Yakubu should be told (na me be coach now as we no get one shocked grin) to always position himself along with the team-play for him to get the ball and score. He should stop running aimlessly around oponents 18/goal area expecting the ball to fly above his openent and get to him. Even when the ball gets to him he flitters the chances.
Shit attacker, attacker my foot, stop blaming others for your failure, and Amodu could not tell him dis to better his performance, shit coach.

We need to get new team from our past U17 and U21 and add the good ones like Osaze, Obasi, Adeleke, Nsofor to them for us to make impact in South Africa otherwise na further woes for the eagle and naija come June 2010.

who be dis RSA? Taaaaaaa! which time SA sabi play football. even dis team that lost to Egypt would trash SA team as it is today. I won't say much on dis, na waste of time. cool
SportsRe: African Nations Cup: Egypt Vs Nigeria - (3-1) by namdo(m): 9:48am On Jan 13, 2010
@2tait
They better do or they would be disbanded after this one, with their 'coach' too.

I am not a football analyst but can't we get a strong team from a list of our recent u-21 and u-17 squads and mix them with Osaze, Nsofor, Obasi, Kalu & Sodje 'cos the rest right now are spent forces (they have paid their dues and need to stay away from the team)? In my opinion Keshi and Siasia and Amokachi can make a good selection for us from the past u17/u21 teams after the 2010 world cup and build from there.

As it stands, i don't even think we can beat Mozambique and Benin unless Nsofor and Obasi run into plenty lucks - not missing chances and Yobo and his back liners get over their pride and laziness.

SportsRe: African Nations Cup: Egypt Vs Nigeria - (3-1) by namdo(m): 2:29pm On Jan 07, 2010
OK.
Nigeria's Super Eagles were on Wednesday, held to a 0-0 draw by Zambia's Chipolopolo as both sides rounded up their preparations for this month's African Nations Cup in Angola.

Nigeria coach Shuaibu Amodu used the game to try out almost all the players he had in camp, although his starting line-up revealed precious little about what his intended line-up against Egypt will be in about a week's time.

By the second half, Amodu gradually changed the team, until virtually the entire eleven that started the game, had been taken off the park, leaving Obinna Nsofor as the only player to see out all 90 minutes.

It also means that all of the 24 players Amodu took to the Durban training camp, have seen some action and come through unscathed.

The game was played behind closed doors, at the Absa Stadium in Durban, South Africa.

Nigeria starting XI
Enyeama (Aiyenugba), Yusuf M (Odiah), Taiwo (Echiejile), Shittu (Yobo), Nwaneri (Apam), Etuhu (Ayila), Mikel (Kaita), Nsofor, Obasi (Eneramo), Yakubu (Kanu), Martins (Uche).

Colin Udoh(kickoffnigeria)

--------------------------------------------------------------

, and Eneramo played the game huh

Yes. If it has not expired and has the address you used for AP it is best identification.
SportsRe: African Nations Cup: Egypt Vs Nigeria - (3-1) by namdo(m): 12:28pm On Jan 06, 2010
Nigeria playing Egypt, tough but they are equally afraid of nigeria team even with the present crop of players Amodu have listed. With little luck we can get away with 2-1. cool grin i have to be patriot booou.

Amodu is trying at least 9ja did not lose a match during the qualifiers. I wish him and the team best of luck this time.
BusinessRe: Anyone Using Alertpay Account? by namdo(m): 11:18am On Dec 27, 2009
Your name and address you used to register at alertpay must appear on the nepa bill or bank statement; also you could send your national id card scanned copy for photo ID.
BusinessRe: Anyone Using Alertpay Account? by namdo(m): 10:14am On Dec 22, 2009
I have been involved with AP since 2006. The only issue against successful verification is address and photo ID. Any photo id like drivers license or work id card is ok. For address verification the bank statement or NEPA bill must have the same address as you have on your AP account and should be recent (about 3months). If you satisfy these conditions you would not have problem with verification.
Secondly verification actually inceases how much amount of cash you can transact using your AP account. Keep increasing your online presence people, we are not going backward.

SportsRe: Siasia, Amodu, You Or A Foreign Coach For Super Eagles Job? by namdo(m): 11:36am On Oct 09, 2009
I believe at this stage we don't need a foreign coach. Siasia disappointed me in his last match against Germany because he did not properly instruct the boys ( i believe so) since they could not handle a winning game and germany that was already gittery. So I think he needs experience more.

Super Eagles/Flying eagles recent displays (lack of self determination to succeed) is a play of our current street attitude: unseriousness at crucial moments, carelessness to duty, etc. It plays itself on the streets most of the time. A generation that has refused to work hard for success. So in my opinion the problem is not just the coaches but bad attitudes. If you get a foreign coach without a change of attitude, we will still see defeats.

Amodu team's successes were mixed with apprehensions and this does not mean he's a bad coach. If you take another watch at those matches you would still see the lack of zeal and determination though we won.

I go for Amodu to continue but we need a 'very good' psychologist to visit the team regularly if possible for a new attitudinal orientation. We do have good players but poor resolutions on field of play by the boys mess us up in recent times ( against Tunisia and against Germany are latest examples)
RomanceRe: A Man Who Cannot Respect A Woman Is Not A Man by namdo(m): 10:53am On Oct 09, 2009
Why are we bashing words here. Respect is earned, not a right.  A woman is different from a man. Respect should be mutual bearing in mind the dispositions of one another.

I hope selfishness is not the origin of this thread. If a woman wants to muscle her way through a man, naturally she dey look for wahala and when it comes she should not regret.

I agree with Janeesa, if a woman, young or old, respects herself and control her emotions, the man should not use her as intimacy gadget or disrespect her. Men take advantage of loose women to satisfy the urge, do you blame them? This is not saying that some men at not bad but in a society where there is so much street nudity and emotional confusion, what do you expect?

Would a nagging woman attract respect, would a stubborn un co-operating woman attract respect? It depends on what events are taking place between the two. If both control themselves well, there should be mutual understanding and respect.

RESPECT IS EARNED.
PoliticsRe: Doctor Jailed For Obasanjo Death by namdo(m): 4:26pm On Sep 24, 2009
na waoo. Dis Doc was deliberately careless. was that the first time he had handled such ops. Me thinks he was really bought to comit the crime. No fine or punishment can account for the life of Stella.

That said, God has a way of doing His own justice and i can't question that. Fair enough justice has been receieved by the OBJ fam , probably after spending a huge amount from the fed loot

Really as someone up the thread said, It's a lesson to people. As a fam man, Fix your home first and then travel. Greed and lack of self worth can drive greedy ppl to extremes, wot of michael Jackson, wetin killam?

Let humans learn.

BusinessRe: Official 'Investment Ideas' Thread by namdo(m): 2:03pm On Jul 17, 2008
crown007 no trade forex with your money unless you know a good experienced trader that can manage your money. Forex is not a 'getup and go thing'. Even buying NSE stock is not the best unless you are ready to wait for a few years for your returns or you gamble with a stock and get lucky. If you must buy stock get a good background of the company stock you are interested in or rely on judgement of a good stockbroker.
I would rather advise you go into sales of recharge cards for multilinks, mtn, celtel, etc through a sub agent to keep your capital at the end of your trade.
CareerRe: Nigerian Engineers Are Not Competent? by namdo(m): 2:29pm On Feb 05, 2008
interesting, even the professors are not professing anything either and somehow they produce the 'engineers', yes we need to overhaul the curriculum of our studies and ask for advise from progressing alies. Until we begin to produce our own things in most aspects of life, we would continue to support alien economies, buy, fix, repair, remould, and continue to be called 'aba-made'. We are intelligent people but lack right exposure/training. Those who get better exposures/training sure do well and are competitive anywhere in the world because the nigerian is generally not dull when exposed to proper training.

Face the truth.

Christianity Etc25 Points To Note by namdo(op): 8:14am On Jan 23, 2008
Got these from a friend. I found them interesting and wish to share them here.

1. Give God what's right -- not what's left.

2. Man's way leads to a hopeless end! -- God's way leads to an endless hope.

3. A lot of kneeling will keep you in good standing.

4. He who kneels before God can stand before anyone.

5. In the sentence of life, the devil may be a comma--but never let him be the period.

6. Don't put a question mark where God puts a period.

7. Are you wrinkled with burden? Come to the church for a face-lift.

8. When praying, don't give God instructions - just report for duty.

9. Don't wait for six strong men to take you to church.

10. We don't change God's message -- His message changes us.

11. The church is prayer-conditioned.

12. When God ordains, He sustains.

13. WARNING: Exposure to the Son may prevent burning.

14. Plan ahead -- It wasn't raining when Noah built the ark.

15. Most people want to serve God, but only in an advisory position.

16. Suffering from truth decay? Brush up on your Bible.

17. Exercise daily -- walk with the Lord.

18. Never give the devil a ride -- he will always want to drive.

19. Nothing else ruins the truth like stretching it.

20. Compassion is difficult to give away because it keeps coming back.

21. He who angers you controls you.

22. Worry is the darkroom in which negatives can develop.

23. Give Satan an inch & he'll be a ruler.

24. Be ye fishers of men -- you catch them & He'll clean them.

25. God doesn't call the qualified, He qualifies the called.

Now take 60 seconds and give this a shot! Let's just see if Satan stops this one.

Wow, ((((pilgrim.1))))  grin your words are a good sign (matt 12.35) and i yet learn.

And yes if we had pastors/teachers who taught us to be closer to Jesus and His life rather than involvement in hypocritical activities/programs we would have been better people with genuine christian characters and a peaceful nation.
There is a big difference between knowing and doing, some don't find the will to do after knowing.

There is one that after knowing and doing gets tired and begins to slide backwards not having enough steam to continue. This is what i think is the state of our omo.olomo. So i advise a closer relationship and return to the savior once again and ask for strength because this feeling of 'it does not make sense anymore' is just a display of a state of maya.
