You are absolutely correct. If a child is been maltreated or not properly taken care of, the government takes the child to a foster homes and to new parents.

You don't get it. A married woman indulging in extramarital act is a taboo in Igbo land.
However there is a popular saying in Igbo land where it is said that the owner of a property has whatever produced by that property wives inclusive.
This is to say if you pay for the bride price of a lady, she becomes your property. You could decide to give her to your subjects and any kids produced belong to you and not the person that impregnated her.
A widow could have a child with another man. That child produced belongs to the late husband provided that the pride price wasn't returned or repaid by the person who has impregnated her.
If the husband is alive and the woman becomes pregnant for another man, this is not acceptable.
Though that child culturally belongs to the original husband which he is at will to accept or reject. But the child can't culturally belong to the man who biologically fathered him. And in that case the child becomes a bastard.
He can't head the family. There are a lot like that in Igbo land and they are the people who cause most problem in the communities.

I have a question. A little bit the reverse of the reverse of this paternity issue trending.
What if a man impregnated a lady but ended up not paying her bride price. Will the said child be accepted?,..will be be accepted as the first born in the presence of other male children whose mother's diary was paid?

Am currently working in a driving school as an instructor, but i wud advice u go for fone accessories. In driving sch, pple come once in a while, sometimes in a long while. While the fone accessory market is more of a busy market.
To start a driving sch, u nid to get it registered so dat u can at least issue valid certificates to ur students dat can be used to apply for driver's license, and to get it register, u must have an office, at least 2 working cars to get approval from frsc, then u hv to undergo training wit frsc to get certified as a driving instructor. Don't forget u are paying for both the approval nd the training, then u're renewing ur licence yearly nd also attending workshop(seminars) organised by frsc weneva they schedule for it nd u pay to even attend it. paying ur rent for ur office nd then paying tax for ur sign post. Except u want to run a local driving sch which u won't be able to issue certificate to ur students. Wahala too many for driving sch, cars get spoilt often due to learners inability to handle properly nd u have to repair it. Plus u also pay rent/tax to the land owners of the field where u are using for practice. Don't 4get u're fueling those cars.
So baba to cut the long story short, just go for fone accessories
