Xavi2019:Sending u a pm |
YorubaKinging:If you are a scientist, it would have made meaning to you. The vaccines( chicken pox, measles, polio and others) you see now been administered to children are actually attenuated/weakened strain of chicken pox, polio, measles viruses. These weakened strain are injected into the body to elicit immune response (let me break this down)... When these weakened viruses are injected, your body respond by producing specific antibodies against these specific viruses but because they are in a weakened state, u won't fall ill. These specific antibodies have already encountered the virus ( e.g measles) so that next time when you encounter the real virulent strain, your body quickly produce that antibody again and destroy the measles viruses. You won't notice it because u didn't fall sick. This exactly why someone who has had chicken pox cannot never contact it again for life. Now with this new mindset, read what that man above said again and see if it will make sense. cc : righteousness89 nairalandmonika |
Keep the good work up brother! |
Alvin007:Its so funny the song popped thru my mind this afternoon and i was just humming it. I haven't remembered this song since 2012. I logged on to nairaland just now and it's the dude's birthday! |
Still on |
NihiIist:While i don't support them, but the soldiers fu*ked up in the first instance. The dude that was killed was rushing his father to the hospital on emergency level. He was stopped by soldiers but refused to stop so they chased him and shot him dead. Agreed, he should have stopped but was j Killing him the right thing to do. The military has what is known as rule of engagement. He wasn't a threat in any way. |
lepasharon:Don't worry, you will encounter him someday |
Good afternoon |
Still on |
motta:Sorry for late response. Been very busy. Its a new house |
mayklef:I am confused. Did anyone sing about egungun or what? What is egungun? I keep seeing these comments on NL |
More trouble. Check my signature for nice bungalow for sale in Benin city |
blackboy:That's true. No one remembers that story again. Nigerians have short attention span |
JamParkMe:I don't know how you people reason. Do you know that asymptomatic patients do share the virus? Are u going to test only those with symptoms? What about those who are newly infected without any symptoms and are also transmitting the virus? Is this the best way to stop the spread? Think critically pls. Is this how south Africa was able to test thousands of persona in few days? Stop making excuse for the failure of our government. I even propose that every local government in Nigeria should have testing zone. That way we can curb the spread |

iPOOPinURmouth:U just said what i have always mentioned. Our immune system has become so toughened by constant exposure to germs and other similar viruses like common cold virus which is similar to the corvid 19 so that this new corona might not really be that terrible on us. The virus is in a greater percentage of people but it is asymptomatic |
