In the South West, the people form vigilante, landlord association etc, they report the slightest suspicion to the police infact at their disadvantage. Thanks bro for assisting, life something throw rough patches at us one time or the other. I have seen big shots buck under as a result of unexpected trouble. One case will never leave my memory, in 2012, i was working for my boss then. This was a guy that had 4 oil and gas companies and a world class hotel. With all these assets plus other streams of income, he was cash-strapped one day and was looking for 10k like mad.
