It is because gazzuz is the owner of the business. If Gazzuz employed a customers service officer to recive calls for instsnce and a customer comes to complain that the customer service officer hung up because the customer did not greet properly,Will Gazzuz tell the customer service officer well done?

The business should be the focus.

Customer service officer will give information like appointment times, directions to workshop, details on car drop off and pick up etc..so that’s a wrong analog.

I’ll say this one more time. He was calling for a favour, for advice. With the amount of calls this person receives, did the caller ask if it was a good time to talk?

I would hang up the phone on you too. Realize you’re calling to ask for a favour and read this your conversation again. He’s not your friend, he doesn’t even have your number, and the first thing you say is ‘how far’ and start narrating your problem. Did you ask if it was a good time for him to talk? Nigerians sha and entitilement mentality.

For your info am not an escapee sir wheat i mean by status adjustment which you quoted above. is to legalize my stay to be able to study before returning to the country cos sometimes you have to be smart and ask questions too.
More so if you choose to follow the part of legality here in the state nothing stops you from achieving your dream.

It’s just that in light of the fact that you had no plans of returning, your POE interview was very interesting. I know you’d rather thank God and say it’s grace but it’s just to show that they are human, they do no get it right all the time and your body language was key.

Base on my experience your travel history sometimes may and may not count during interview.
Your genuine presentation of your reason why you are going to the state will play a significant role in issuance of your visa or not.
Psychologically you have to be strong and confident.
That part is one hurdle another one is the POE.
You also need to be smart and alert .
My case is an example.
Back to your question on what to do to gain US visa .

I live is in the state now Minnesota precisely and i have started my status adjustment process,though not an easy thing but surely am getting there.

Get an invite from relations and or admission from any authorized school and apply for visa date, then appeared before the VO and proved your case .

Prove me wrong how? It's not something he is hiding. He's been in US since last year. From his POE experience, you can see he's one of the lucky "escapees" who escaped their scrutiny and I'm saying he did this because he had the right body language. You remarked about him not being prepared, but it actually helped him during his POE interview.

From his posts he’s been gone for a while now and he relocated to US to ‘hustle’. I think the non challant attitude actually helped him. Like him laughing about not knowing his specific destination, shows he wasn’t nervous or under pressure. He even mentioned he carried a small bag. These people actually read body language a lot

People just send them an email requesting that ACCA sends them the following documents. I doubt anyone specifies the mode of transmission, this may be where you erred. They have done it for hundreds of people , they know how they normally do it . Engage them asking if WES accepts email documents and then request that same be sent on your behalf.

It is quite possible that they have been sending by email from an address already recognized by WES.

1. A letter of good standing
2. A letter of equivalence
3. Transcripts.

Thank you very much. I called their call center and she said the person who responded to my email gave me a wrong information and that there is no cost. Just like you said, the person i spoke with was very familiar with the process

If ACCA has said how they will send it by post and how much it cost, how does an answer to your question matter?
Sending by post means paper or hard copy as it were.

Because from my search on nairaland, everybody else says its free. That's my confusion.

Please is it a paper transcript that ACCA sends to WES or its sent by email.

I mailed ACCA and they told me it would cost 25 pounds to send the transcript by post to WES.

Anyway you only need the soft copy both pre and post ITA and you can just pay 7 dollars to have it posted by standard mail to Nigeria, got mine a few days ago even though I didn’t need it anymore.

Mine was with DHL about 4 years ago. For Human hair worth about $700. I called DHL to let them know I was contesting it, then I went to the DHL office at Airport area. I spoke to the custom officer there and checked their duty book and they were right. I ended up begging the custom office there and paid about half of the charge. Next time I was shipping hair, I asked the seller to drastically reduce the cost on the invoice and I paid nothing.

Go the the Fedex office and speak with the custom officer in charge there. Before you go there, check the duty for mobile phones online and do the calculation and see if you have been overcharged based on the invoice value of your phone. If you're over charged, you have a great case and can argue it out with the custom guys there. If not, begging and sorting can make the duty price reduce.

I have always complained and to be fair to him, he has always said bring the car back.

I just don’t have confidence in him because an oxygen sensor issue is something that should be minor and if he couldn’t do that.....then the suggestion he also made about the revving sound being caused by a leak in the hose was also very surprising.

What if it is even the oxygen sensor causing the performance issue because the code is still there?

That was my personal experience with him and I rest my case.

About 2 years ago,i was an apprentice in a very popular NL mechanics workshop.

I saw him reject this particular car (I mean this car), now I see why.

Autologic, the lord is your strength.

The car was too low and couldn’t enter his workshop and he doesn’t do Nissan.

You should call what is bad by it’s correct name.

I have had dealings with this same popular mechanic after this and had no issue with him. He even gave me a heavy discount some months ago.

Coincidentally he suggested Autologic on his thread a while back when I was looking for a Nissan mechanic. It was a suggestion but I didn’t see any reviews to help me form an opinion. This is me helping another person.

You took a car to a tech with OS code, and performance issue. You both test drive, and confirm performance issue. Tech tells you OS is fine, but fuel pressure lower than spec.

Tech proceeds to change fuel pump without charging for/replacing OS. You confirm performance was better afterwards, but complained about vehicle pulling to one side (unrelated to initial repair).

You have never filled fuel tank to brim (probably since owning this vehicle), and does so after seven months, tank leaks, and it is attributed to replaced pump. Sender stops working, and is attributed to replaced pump. Vehicle won't start, and it is linked to replaced pump.

After repair, tech kept 'disturbing' you for performance update, and you kept saying your mum drives the car, so you don't know. If there was a problem, wouldn't your mum have complained?

Yes tech may not have fixed your OS code issue, which he did not charge you for, but as far as I can see, he fixed your performance issue.

Somebody has asked what repairs have been carried out on this vehicle in the last seven months.

Tech SAID OS code is caused by faulty fuel pump which caused us to change the fuel pump. Was that resolved? No. Instead he added more issues to us. Performance issue still unresolved.

How won’t I have ever filled tank to the brim since owning the vehicle? That’s not possible.

The performance issue hasn’t been fixed, it was never fixed. Vehicle wasn’t pulling to one side, I don’t even know what that means. Maybe a better word is ‘hesitating’.

He kept disturbing me and asking me and I told him I’m not the one driving the car but I think it’s better. As I speak, the performance issue still lingers, it never left. For a technician to say revving sound in car is from radiator hose and you’re still supporting same, I rest my case.

We basically wasted money and got absolutely nothing but more problems in return.

My mum complained and I told him when I called him. He said we were to leave it for some days further checks. After the experience we have had with him, leaving it was not an option anymore.

The damage has been done but I will leave my review.

You claim the car was moving well ,we drove test it in presence of your mum and with her issue of trusting nobody with her car she couldn't even take the car back as she wanted to cos the performance was too poor . imagine the mother even have to snap the fuel level ,the car interior etc before she can agree to leave the car (me self I dey boil inside with all these attitude but still I still need to maintain my cool cos customer is king ) I don't have anything to say about your issue cos your claim lack substance .

We changed fuel pump based on your advice and the oxygen sensor code remained and you were still clueless on what to do. Now the said fuel pump failed has failed. Even after you changed it, we noticed the car wouldn’t always start on first try. A problem we never had with the old fuel pump o. I think this is what even angered me and triggered my first complaint on this thread.

The light reviving sound when accelerating you said it was radiator hose, it was at this point I knew that anybody can form professional in this digital age.

This is a review not for you but for any potential customer to see.

I can never bring my car to him again because he doesn’t know what he’s doing. If you check, this isn’t the first time I’ll complain. Every time something happens, I remember his horrible work.

This is simply my review so someone else won’t have to experience what I did.

I will be objective here. I think the fuel pump didnt fail. It wasn't properly fixed. So on filling the tank, it started leaking from the top. The pump is still good. I don't see how changing fuel pump will fix oxygen sensor code. But oxygen sensor code may not lead to car dragging. So autologic may have good reasons for changing the pump. NanaF, I think I wouldn't blame autologic even though I believe he is a textbook technician. If truly he replaced fuel pump based on oxygen sensor code, then he has a blame there. But again, I doubt it.

After it started leaking, we waited for it to stop. Then started the car. It refused to start. Fuel gauge is now showing empty even though there’s fuel in the tank. I believe it has failed.

Clearly, Autologic replaced a fuel pump that wasn’t the issue for the error code based on him reading his textbook and google results upside down.
