Who cares? Does anyone know the real price? Is it not based on your negotiating skill with the immigration officer? Rubbish! |

gogedda: Thanks a lot. Are you in the project management field Already in canada? If yes, how easy is it to get a job in the field for someone who doesn't have any work experience in PM? Nope studying for CAPM which is like pre-PMP as you might not have enough experience for PMP and your application may be selected for an audit. As per ease in PM Field I know someone who got a PM job with no prior experience but was able to display knowledge during interviews and made his résume PM oriented. |

gogedda: Thanks for this timely and insightful reply, I must say that I really appreciate it. I read that Project management, IT and Construction are good and booming sector in Calgary right now. I have taken my time to check out some courses that are related with PM & Construction and others that I am interested in SAIT. These are some of it.
- Applied project management certificate of achievement
- Geomatic Engineering technology (Diploma-2 yrs)
- Civil Engineering technology (Diploma-2 yrs)
- Bachelor of Science Construction Project Management (Bachelor degree- 4 yrs)
- Bachelor of Applied Technology Geographic Information Systems (Applied degree- 2 yrs)
(1) What do you think about the above courses? (2) Do you think the certificate of achievement courses generally can get one a good job? (3) Do you know of any Co-op Program or those with internship in Calgary or Alberta generally? I kindly await your response and also contribution from our other seniors in Calgary.
- In addition, does anyone has close and personal contact or link to any Realtor based in Calgary. I might also consider this too. I would like to ask some questions. Thanks If you’re interested in project management and do not have project management experience for PMP, try CAPM. The certificate of achievement you refer to will not do much. Course costs about $11 on Udemy , buy the PMBOK guide for about $50 (or get this in pdf for freewhen you register and pay to be a PMI member) and then take the exam for about $300. |

Family › Re: My Wife Is Not Interested In Sex Anymore by NanaF: 9:21am On Feb 19, 2019 |
Ajengogo: We have been married for almost 10 years now, with 5 kids. The last child is over 2 years old. My wife used to indulge me with sex a lot. And I enjoyed every bit of it. Sometimes I indulge her a lot too. I do sometimes resist it. Same with her too. Such has been our sex life so far; which has been good enough.
However, I started noticing a lot of reluctance in her each time I approach her for sex more than a year ago now. And it is getting worse these days. Each time I demand an explanation from her, she either complains of tiredness, headache or that she is seeing her period. The surprising thing to me now is that each time I touch her breast she cringes like a person that just stepped on naked electrical wire. Not to even mention several weird nightmares I experience each time I force my way, which even against my personal principles and ethics.
Note that I don't do sex like on a daily basis. Once or twice in a week is ok for me
Our sex life is dying. I don't know what becomes of this marriage without sex. And I do really love her. Any good suggestions will be appreciated You just casually admitted to raping your wife though. This says a whole lot about you. |

dane15: Guys, you won't believe what God did for me today.
GCMS 2 Request/IRCC Response -July 3rd/Aug 28th Insufficient Funds, Review Required. File was not touched at all!
GCMS 3 Request/IRCC Response-August 13th/Sept 15th 2018- Insufficient Funds, Review Required. Confirmed, Village Peeps don show! God touch their hearts at IRCC to look at the revised POF I sent now?
A PUNCH BELOW THE BELT Nov 3rd- They nacked me Procedural Fairness Letter (PFL) over POF. My world spun. Every internet search I did, pointed to a refusal. Why me Lord? People said it was the end of the road. I looked up to God. They set aside my Pension because of the 4 months caveat, reconverted the balance already confirmed by Stanbic in CAD at about NGN250/CAD and used NGN276/CAD but they included a GTBank balance (CAD1,500) per the statement I sent which I did not even use in calculating my POF since I could not get the letter in the required format from GTbank. This is a totally different angle from the Case analyst's review o!
GCMS 3 Response-November 7th. This GCMS report was cancelled 1 minute after it was sent. I however used it as evidence in my response to the PFL because it still showed that the Case Analyst's position which accepted the Pension has part of my POF has not changed even after they sent me PFL.
IRCC Response to Nov 1st enquiry- Nov 6th. Your application is still in progress.
Response from Hussein- Nov 6th. Hussein's office contacted IRCC and additional information is being requested from me (PFL) which is required to conclude application.
GOD GUIDED RESPONSE
I went online and studied PFLs at length and how to respond to them, what the reviewer wants to see. November 9th- I prayefully responded to the PFL trying to address all the issues raised. I detailed my POF at application date including all evidence and pleading that they should not disregard my pension as it is technically my savings and not a Government benefit. I also detailed my latest POF at response date. Both were far above the required minimum. What a journey! Congrats! Reading this makes me afraid of using my pension as part of POF. One can't really say with these people o. Pls what percentage of your POF was in pension. |

snoop4dem: Hey Guys,
I have a friend who is trying to come to Canada. He doesn't wanna do it himself as he wants an agent or lawyer help him process his documents et all. Is anyone able to suggest an agent or lawyer I can recommend for him.
Disclaimer: Please dont try to respond by telling me to convince him to do it himself or read page 1 and the likes as that option is off the table. I promised I was gonna reach out and find out if there is anyone using an agent or an immigration lawyer et all is why I am asking for him Tell him the agent won’t help him do ielts or write TEF or diploma or masters for additional points. @ the bolded, process which documents exactly. Is it to fill express entry profile he needs agent for? The express entry process is well designed to be a DIY process. Don’t get scammed sha. |

Asaam: Hi guys. I need urgent advice. Let me explain my situation. I have 3yrs+ work experience working on my own but my business has no tax papers , just business name registration with CAC. If it is to get paper from another registered company, I can do that no problem , but that will be getting documents saying what I'm not really doing or experienced in. What do you advice me to do? Will I be able to use my own business as my work experience? Thank you Be sure you don't misrepresent yourself by presenting another company's documents. Search for "self employed express entry" under the travel section in the nairaland search bar. You will find answers from people who have successfully gone the self employed route. |

Garnyangel: Hello. Congrats. Pls I beg you in the name of God. What tips and strategies did you use for your listening? I have written my IELTS 4 times now and I have been getting 7 in my listening score. Please what strategies did you use to ace the test this time around? I want to write the 5th one by February 14. Pls I need your help on how to ace the listening. Thanks. For listening it will be almost impossible to practice with almost all the Cambridge audio tests, mark yourself honestly, learn from your mistakes and fail. Not possible. It’s a lot of tests. Most books have up to 4 tests so there’s a lot to practice with. When you mark yourself, you’ll see your problem area: spelling, capitalization (write in all caps to solve this), concentration etc. |

Thanks. E don do. You’re the same person who wrote TEF when you already had CRS score of 470+. Did you even use the CRS calculator before writing TEF? After writing TEF, you came here saying you were afraid of your score of 485. Lol. How much have you read up on this process? I have filled my Profile after ITA, as confusing as it was, i learnt everything I needed (including Nysc questions) from using keywords in the search bar. Take it easy, please read and read and read again. All the documents you need will show up in a checklist after you have completed your profile post ITA. You can even always go back to edit this profile before final submission. |

I will be extremely glad to answer your questions there.
Learning French is the way forward! Just curious, was learning French for TEF exam for this immigration purpose? Because you didn’t need it as your CRS was already really high without it. |

gazzuz: you seem to be low on freon. Have the system recharged with the right equipment. Thanks a lot. It was just refilled recently. After a while, I noticed that the drivers side started cooling while driving steady around 2000rpm however, the rear still wasn’t blowing cold air at all. When below 2000rpm, only passenger side has cool air. Is it possible it wasn’t just refilled properly? |

@EyesondPrize I don't have AAT.
@NanaF Really? Do you know anyone who successfully earned two degrees with ICAN? I did a little research and according to Wikipedia, ICAN is still under review by Canada's professional accounting body. Link below:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canadian_Institute_of_Chartered_Accountants
@OkunrinMeta less than 4 months. Don't know anybody but as per ebony9ja's post a few pages back, someone successfully got PPR with ICAN being regarded as two or more degrees. |

Ok. You’ve seen the issue then so pls Use Cambridge books, like I earlier said. Do all the listening in as many books as you can find, start from the latest available online (book 13 i think) and go down from there. Like someone mentioned, mark yourself truthfully ( spellings, capitalization (you can answer in All caps to avoid this), plural/singular etc) |
