Really want to appreciate this thread. Lots of people sharing information and helping each other . I pray everybody’s expectation will be met.

I first submitted only my Bsc. alone to Wes then I came on here to read about ACCA’s diploma qualifying me for two or more degrees. I quickly asked Wes to add an additional degree. On my own, it would never have occurred to me and that gave me an additional 30 points.

I need not say how devastated I am over reading. What do you guys suggest please? Is there any hope reading will change to 7.0 if I apply for a remark?

Use at most 25minutes for Section 1 and 2. For the Section 3, you need at least 30minutes. Use the last 5 minutes to go over your answers.
Practice, practice and keep practicing. Use ielts recent Cambridge books for reading practice and don’t stop practicing until you can score 40/40.

Read the question first before the passage so you already know what you’re looking for when you see it. That way if you have to go back to the passage again it will be skimming not proper reading.

On this WAEC issue, I had mine evaluated with my Bsc last year because I didn't want stories that touch incase i wanted to upgrade my WES for school, which I have successfully now.

The info on their website was outdated, so I suffered small that day.

I went to the WAEC office in Jibowu, paid 10k for processing and 9k for UPS. I was asked for affidavit( you can get this done under one shed outside the building for 2k or so in like 30mins), please dont bother doing it elsewhere because they will not accept it and they'll still direct you to the shed outside the building. I was asked to bring my exam number (the exam number will be used in the affidavit), I also used a copy of my statement of result as I didn't have my certificate, some passport photographs. Cant remember any other significant thing I was asked.

I can't remember if I paid for verification again (I doubt I did)but I collected the transcript guy's number to follow up on verification.

The process may be different now sha.

This WAEC thing is so annoying. With the influx of intending immigrants, I am sure Waec will increase their confirmation fees.

I wish an organisation like ETX can collect my money and do the processing on my behalf. Anything to take away stress please.

Please house I’m at a cross road right now , I’m usin two degrees for WES and I’m required to send the certificate of both. Can I send them together or it has to be separate mails, the amount I’m seeing for separate mails is about 55k with dhl..
please house can I just send the two in one single mail, has anyone been in this kinda situation

Dont waste money on DHL. Use hellofax. Search the forum for the steps on how to fax it to them

Hello guys, a friend of mine got his Canadian citizenship revoked and is planning to visit usa. I want to ask if there's a possibility for him to get Visa. He had been to the United states many times before the revocation. My questions are:, is he going to tell them he has been to usa before and also where they asked have you hold or held citizenship of another country besides Nigeria? Please I want the gurus in the house to assist me with possible answers.

Like Seyewest said, both countries share information so it’s very unlikely he will get a US visa. The only reason why his citizenship can be revoked is if it was obtained fraudulently through misrepresentation.

I remember your previous posts saying you’re a welder earning 18k and you’re looking for a way out of nigeria. You’ve lost a lot of money in the past. I’ll say don’t waste your money on visa fees and also don’t falsify any documents.
