TruthisOut:I agree. |
bukahands:You'll have to pay for 6 |
ladyF:Can't remember the names. Can you? I chose the one that best fit the client's requirement. |
dway4ward:Well, I didnt change my recommendation. I was asked if I wanted to change it |
coolio2014:I chose the answer that was the best fit for the requirement right? The questions then revealed details that were not given earlier on. So you then have to defend your choice. I don't think everybody chose the same thing. |
scarletdp:Hahaha. 'Air-Travel'. |
TheSauce:AC went well. Group stage was first for me and I loved my group members. I believe we did well. Playing back the conversations in my head, I'm impressed with the memebers of the group. I was the group leader. The mock group session I did at Jarus Hub was useful for this. My best was the Fact - finding , my facilitators were so nice and it was a very interesting exercise. I liked the fact that there is no right answer, whatever you choose as a recommendation, they have challenges to throw at you. Very engaging. The presentation was good. Long read. I was able to bring out all my points in due time. I was quite nervous at this point though cus it was my last exercise . The interview....... Hmmmm. What I didn't like? I wished they weren't all anonymous because questions about their experience working at NLNG wasn't allowed. I found other questions to ask though and learnt a thing or two. |
I got a Trf of N4000 but the narration was not complete. It's probably my transport fare. I didn't travel to the venue though |
LadyGuinivere:During my interview, the V.O kept asking about travel history with my mum . He listed the countries she has been to and asked if I've ever been with her on any of the trips. We applied together. He asked over 3 times, so I thought it was significant. |
emma1996:Most times documents aren't checked so be sure to convey what you want heard in your ds160 as much as possible. Your mum doesn't need to apply again, neither will she be allowed to take the interview with you. Be sure to include that she's travelling with you in your DS160. I think your circumstance has changed not because of the letter but because of your mum travelling with you. How long ago were you denied? |
FemiFaniKayode:I have a very good job oga. I don't need your money. I'm sure many others are well to do. It's a forum. If I see a question and I know the answer, I contribute. The reference to money you're implying, was a joke. Most are watching Goddey with side eye, and rightly so. Please if you want to give him your money and your yahoo username and password, do so and let the matter rest. |
FemiFaniKayode:None of the others have ever claimed to have a winning formula to filling the DS160 or asked for anyone's yahoo username and password or dropped their number soliciting for calls or hinting that there's 'one last tin' an applicant has to do. I'm sure nobody feels threatened, just being cautious. |
Morning good people. Nice job to all the honest guys helping folks out here. Question: im a single lady with virgin passport . I intend to visit the US for a couple of weeks during my annual leave. A family friend invited me. What else can prove ties to Nigeria? I have an ok job here and All family members are here . I never get llandI'm not sure they consider landed property as ties though cus they never check all these land documents people carry. For me, I had the same ties as you, good job and a family member in Nigeria. |
Sorbital:What's your reason for choosing the school? The real reason? I'm also not convinced reading your transcript. My brother had a very short interview just by being honest. He stated that his sister and cousin attended/are attending the school so his choice is based on personal experience from people who have been or are currently there. I think the V.Os hear this Princeton review/ u.s news/ ranking story way too much. Is that really the only reason why you chose this school? |
teeepeee1:If it does, what's the alternative for you? Anyways it doesn't make a difference. I used a 'virgin' passport and got mine. The difference between me and you is I have a good job and will not misuse my visa . I doubt you'll get the visa. My advise to you is to save the money and do something else with it. |
justwise:I think that was where Goddey asked for Dmt1981's yahoo account and password / dropped his own phone number in order to help Dmt through his difficulties. I think the post had been hidden now . I think he is a visa agent, I wonder what 'last thing' he is promising them. I hope its not fake visa or stamps on passport |
Goddey1975:Please what is 'Social Economy?' Lol |
vickero:It doesn't concern the payment receipt. When you're booking your appointment, you enter the DS160 number. Be sure to enter the correct number here. If you have made a mistake and you retrieve your DS160 to make changes to it, the number changes. What you are referring to is where have booked the appointment with the old number and now have a new DS160 number, only the embassy can edit your appointment confirmation to show the new number. |
Goddey1975:@loladeowoeye5 you don't need to call anybody. Goddey1975 if you really want to help please post links or screenshots for him . That'd be great. So when anyone else asks, we just refer them to your post. |
