Politics › Re: Why Labour Party Can’t Prove Election Malpractices In Lagos – Robert Clark by Nasige(m): 6:33pm On Apr 05, 2023 |
Inosky: With the arsenal of corrupt defense counsels Tinubu has at his disposal, it would be very difficult for Obi to overturn this rigged election in Nigeria.
My prayers are with Obi, may God help him prove a good point that will shake Nigeria, even if the courts' judges that may be bought would want to obey their criminal paymaster and look away.
God will judge everyone supporting this rigged election in one way or the other. You were making sense before you deviated, this same court that you talk less on is the one that made Obi Governor or does it mean he was the pay master then, you guys thinks that your Obi is a saint sha. |
Politics › Re: Why Labour Party Can’t Prove Election Malpractices In Lagos – Robert Clark by Nasige(m): 6:24pm On Apr 05, 2023 |
DeTruthh: Anyway he said it's his opinion, so he is entitled to it. But for Obi to go to court, he has enough evidence to upturn the decision of INEC. Underestimate Obi at your own peril.
If INEC had not manipulated results and used the BVAS as planned, we won't be here. BVAS was the game changer but the bunch of evil, corrupt and shameless politicians in the form of APC will not let Nigeria to get better. Some of you think that Nigeria is Anambra, so as your Mr saint has his so called evidence so also the others, or you guy think the others will just fold their arms and be looking. |

Politics › Re: Court Of Appeal Quashes PDP Case Against Tinubu/shettima Over Double Nomination by Nasige(m): 8:41am On Mar 25, 2023 |
soojar: I am not a lawyer but I know this is not correct. This is an appeal court that has ruled in this case, there is no lower court that can rule against it again except a supreme court.
Also, there is no evidence you want to provide that is acceptable because according to the Judges "you are a meddlesome interloper", meaning the case doesn't concern you why are you poke nosing into the affair of APC, it's their internal affair. One of Obi's cases is already out at the tribunal except when it gets to supreme court they see otherwise.
We learn everyday. They will still not understand |
Politics › Re: Court Of Appeal Quashes PDP Case Against Tinubu/shettima Over Double Nomination by Nasige(m): 8:40am On Mar 25, 2023 |
KingLaka: Some people here are very dumb. This case was instituted before the general elections, just after party primaries. The justices are right to dismiss the case because at the time it was instituted, it was clearly a party affair. The difference between then and now is that the elections have been held and those that contested can legally challenge the nomination of candidates in all other parties as the are now directly affected, having contested the same election with those patties. So the APC touts saying this will affect Peter's case are simply illiterates See how intelligent you are, every party has their various constitutions and guidelines only a party member has the right to challenge any irregularities. PDP or LP can't determine what happens in APC provided APC meet the constitution requirements of INEC........I know you will still not agree or understand but it is the simple truth. |

vacanci: You don't understand legal system at all.
The judgement becomes a reference point. Anywhere the case is filed, it will become trashed easily.
To think that this is what I perceived as Obi's strongest case. The others can be trashed by a rookie athoney . The criminal case against Tinubu will not hold water. Tinubu was never convicted. If he ever was, it's over the 10 years consideration by our constitution. After 10 years, it cannot be held against anyone seeking political office. The 25% FCT is the easiest to trash. FCT residents are not special and so cannot be the ones to determine our president. If that is allowed it means that even if one gets 95% in all 36 states with a historic landslide margin and gets just 24% in FCT, then he cannot be president. That's a tall dream. FCT is the 37th but since its not a state, the law says 36 states and FCT.
Make Obi and Atiku dey play. Lawyers go always chop. They will still not understand, their hearts is filled with hatred for BAT and they also believed PO won the election. |
Properties › Re: 7 Proven And Easy Ways To Reduce Your Next Building Cost! by Nasige(m): 6:07pm On Mar 22, 2023 |
DaniellaDokubo: Over time I came to realize these are some of the way to reduce or manage building cost. See them stated briefly below.
Please feel free to critic or contribute.
1. Purchase most of your building materials upfront if possible. Especially the ones that can not be stolen easily. 2. Prefer minimalistic designs. But wider exterior with lots of greenery. You will thank me forever on this...haha 3. Avoid unnecessary shoot outs, corners etc. Yes it adds to its modern look but has no added functional purpose. 4. Compromise on materials that are easily replaceable ...lol. This is a hard swallow but I said what I said. Things like wall and floor tiles, paint quality etc. But never on manpower or structural items like columns, beams, cement mix, building level, wood for roof etc. 5. During design stage group toilets and other utilities close to each and let them share the same wall. This will reduce the number of pipes flying everywhere. It has post construction benefits for maintenance reasons too. 6. If possible, allow for cross ventilated spaces and wider or multiple windows or entrance. it permits smaller spaces to be comfortable or habitable especially meeting the cooling load. 7. By extension of No. 6 use bright coloured paint coatings to reduce heat adsorption on the exterior as it also gives an impression of space.
Bonus Point 8. If your land size is wide and erosion is not an issue, use carpet grasses and some horticultural plants to cover the open spaces rather than flooring entirely.
Namaste... Especially number 3 point, corners will make your building look beautiful no doubts but when it comes to roofing and plastering you will understand, I am speaking from experience. I was so happy seeing my structure looking beautiful after block work, it was when I got estimate for roofing that I pity myself. |

It is good to conceive the idea of getting married at early age, for you to have the maturity to know that you needs a wife by your side as a young man is a big wisdom. The big problem here is finding a a God fearing girl. Marriage is far more than thinking that you have enough to take care of the marriage. Pray for a Good girl and leave the rest to God. |

The extension won't work, same CEO's that make sure that the new currency given to them by CBN only went to the hands of their billionnair customers, that is why the CBN governor is not listening to them because they are aware of what they are doing.
