Kapello8: Hello Guys,
Please don’t Mind my English, am really typing this in tears and pain.
So there’s the babe I’ve been dating, I truly love her and we’ve been setting up my new flat and making plans for our Traditional wedding hopefully this November but something tragic struck and took away all d Joy and Happiness....
This was how it began, she took my phone and went through all my chats and I had some female friends I’ve been flirty chatting with but honestly I I was dumbed to have done dat...
I lied to them that I was single and searching I never accepted that I had a Fiancé just for the fun of it I also lied that she was my cousin and she found out all those stuffs and now she has ended the relationship...
I’ve cried and wept because my stupidity has made me to loose my angel...
She’s an ideal wife I never knew what got over me to just try being flirty....
I have involved my Family and her Family to beg her but she has refused. She told my eldest brother that she can’t love me anymore.
I’ve also pleaded with her best friend and siblings to plead with her but she’s not willing to come back.... I’ve sent her over 50 apology SMS I’ve called her line over a 30 times but she’s not willing to take my calls.
When I call with an unknown number and she hears my voice she will drop the call. She doesn’t wana even talk to me.
The whole house looks empty without her I just can’t forgive myself for loosing the best gift God gave me. Now I feel so downcasted...
Brothers and Sisters please I need your candid advice. Your Free to Insult me
Am writing this because I’ve not been able to sleep. I can’t Forgive my self. I truly Love her.
Mods please move to front page. LOL, I can't believe this is a Nigerian girl. It serves you right. Hasn't your mom ever told you that fishing with dynamite is dangerous? LOL When a woman is angry, do not talk to her. You just have to keep quiet for a while. |

Ennyhorlar: Tragic in ABK!
Thursday Heavy Rain: Six People Dead As A Result of Chinese Company Negligence.
Cranium X, Abeokuta.
Thursday 5:00pm: The rain started with tiny showers before gushing out in heavy torrents. Most plans were cancelled, people took shelter in their homes. Somewhere in Adatan, a suburban area of Abeokuta, about 5 unsuspecting passenger (according to speculation by eye witnesses) journeying in a Toyota Corolla miscalculated and ran head-ons into a ditch.
How It Happened?
The driver thought it was just the usual pothole, not aware he's about to plunge into a “fish pond”. The gully was made by a Chinese construction company CCECC which was commissioned by the state government to construct motorable roads and bridges. The big mistake was that the gully was left uncovered even after the contractor went to work on another site. On getting to the site of the event this morning, our correspondent tried to find a caution sign or anything that would alert incoming traffic of the danger ahead but found none. Mistake Number Two.
The Impact?
Friday 7:00am: People woke up to the sight of a dead body at the bank of the new pond—made by rain water and a forgotten gully with a blue corolla sinking away with only the boot in sight. Approximately six lives were lost just from an avoidable oversight.
May God save us from avoidable dangers. God will not save us except we take action to avoid predictable disaster.

Romance › Re: “if You’re Looking To Marry, Stay Away From Ladies Below The Age Of 25” by Nat404: 10:53am On May 23, 2019 |
360NGUpdates: “If you’re looking to marry, stay away from ladies below the age of 25” – Newly wedded man advises
A Nigerian man who recently got married has advised men to stay away from ladies below the age of 25 when looking for a partner to marry.
In a series of tweets he shared, the man identified as Olaseni said the during the age of 25 is a period such ladies usually know what they want in life.
Olaseni shared,
“Let me say it again. If you are ready to marry, avoid women under the age of 25 except you are very sure and can vouch for the stability of their emotional state of mind. Don’t play yourself.”
Explaining how his opinion was formed, he revealed that ladies below 25 are usually ready for marriage in two years time,
“LMAO. This is strictly from my personal experience and a few others; It usually the peak of attention period for many and will have their hearts all over the place. It also the period they’ll begin to figure out what they really want. They are ready in another 2 years.”
His post appears to suggest that ladies below age 25 are usually not interested in serious relationship but games.
https://360ng.com.ng/if-youre-looking-to-marry-stay-away-from-ladies-below-the-age-of-25-newly-wedded-man-advises/ In one sentence, he's absolutely right. "Experience is the best teacher." |

Politics › Re: Cooking Gas Consumers Will No Longer Own Cylinders – FG by Nat404: 8:18am On May 22, 2019 |
DeLinguaMan: The Federal Government says it is coming up with a policy that would remove the ownership of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) cylinders from consumers.
Igbere TV reports that the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu, made this disclosure on Tuesday.
Speaking at a stakeholders’ forum on LPG penetration in Abuja, Kachikwu said the policy would require that the ownership of the cylinders rests strictly with the dealers and distributors.
He said this was part of strategy to deepen the penetration of LPG, also known as cooking gas and address issues of safety.
Igbere TV reports that Kachikwu also disclosed that the Federal Government had reached an agreement with two original cylinder manufacturers to deliver 600,000 cylinders to LPG distributors on credit, with a pre-payment period of 18 months.
He said the Federal Government would in the next couple of days commence the clampdown of illegal roadside LPG dealers, while he directed all skid operators of LPG to immediately convert their outlets to micro distribution centres before the enforcement begins.

Family › Re: Husband Chats With Many Ladies On Facebook And Whatsapp by Nat404: 5:25pm On May 19, 2019 |
Roshina22: My husband is Nigerian and I’m not he recently came to my country we are married and now I’m pregnant. I know quite a bit about culture in Nigeria as I’ve known many people there before, but something is new to me.
I may have a hard time trusting because of misunderstanding of culture but I get a feeling it may not just be that. He talks to so many women on WhatsApp and Facebook every day and likes there pictures. He even sometimes sends long emotional emails to his ex about moving on and when she cries he sends her emails about it being ok.
I told him to stop talking to her because he’s with me and our unborn child and not to have it affect our family...
But the thing is he chats with so many women on Facebook and what’s app and I’m so worried. Even when he does he hides his phone and deleted chats because he says “when you see the woman calling me saying hi dear it just means they say that to everyone”. I know everyone in Nigeria can start off there sentence with hi dear, it could mean nothing but why does he need to talk to so many women online everyday? He said it’s rude to ignore people and if one bad word is said about him it could spread to anyone so he tries not to ignore to be nice. I saw him chatting ardently with a young girl from his village and he was asking her a lot of questions... I just didn’t understand why he had to be doing that and his response was “what if I want to be a politician one day”. It just makes me never want him to go back to Nigeria because I’m so aftraid one of these ladies he’s gonna meet up with and they will do something one day
I’m really afraid of being cheated on. I don’t chat with many men or entertain them. I don’t like their pictures and don’t feel the need to chat with so many men every day. If I ignore them it’s becquse they should know I love my husband.
My main question is is it normal for Nigerian men to chat with many many women online and on WhatsApp and Facebook like their pictures and chat away Like this? Sometimes late at night too... am I being lied to or at risk of being cheated on? Because it really feels like it. I’m already pregnant and dedicated so much time. Please this really bothers me what can I do? He won’t give up talking to them.
The thing is I don’t think his brothers are like this so why is he like that? I just don’t understand. Simple; your husband is a cheater. |

Adviseasister: Good evening Nairalanders,
I had to create a new moniker for this, but I believe my guy will know this is for him.
Sometime last year I received a PM from a nlder. After going through his posts, I was pleased and we started talking. One thing led to another and we started a relationship. I must confess he is everything a woman wants in a man, he brought out this part of me I never knew existed and he did it so easily. We started seeing a future, I was happy.
Fast forward to February this year, I noticed a decline in communication. I complained and he blamed it on work. It continued and I had to ask what the problem is, he maintained it was work.
By March, things got worse and I have not been able to concentrate at work. I send him voice-notes and he responds hours later. I send messages and he responds with one word. I must also add he doesn't pick my calls at night anymore, but his NL profile would be seen online, though he won't comment.
I do not know what to do as I can't bring myself to love someone else as I love him. It is a long distance relationship and I do not know what to do. Is it possible he is facing challenges there and doesn't want to share?
Should I wait for him to come around or move on? Has anyone been in this situation before, how did you manage it? I feel so heartbroken. Hasn't your mom ever told you fishing with dynamite is dangerous? *laughs*. What are you still waiting for? I tell you something, a man can meet any girl he wants anytime and she'll be a thousand times better than you and he sticks to her and forgets about you. |
