I can't count how many times Lukaku was running loose hoping for that pass form Malouda. He twists and turns and will dilly dally, then cross when everyone's back in goal.

Cech collided with a player just before half time. He seemed okay to me. I would have thought it was just a precautionary substitution.

Tactics have changed. Every player except Lukaku behind the ball, invite them in, then press and counter.

The sheer inclusion of Malouda and Kalou on any team sheet in enough to lose a game. THey just delay and delay and delay and when they decide it's amlost always wrong.

Did you see the replay. Alex touched the ball even before the player fell down. That, in a million years cannot be a penalty.

From midfield he lifts the ball over two fulham players into the path of Kalou and runs into space.

Kalou returns the ball to Josh and he neatly takes it on his thigh and walks straight into the box and beat the fulham keeper with a nice touch.


Second half and Kalou just wasted a fine opportunity.

Every time Josh is called upon, he fits right in.
I am noticing a few similarities in Josh and Romeu - their neatness and close control of the ball.

However, I think Romeu does not have pace but he is not slow on the ball.

Lamps I believe will move to RCM and josh to LCM in the second half.
I have been impressed with Lukaku. He's showing good signs.
I was at first worried about his touch but I guess he was nervous. He soon shook it off.

Malouda - in fact, I don't know what to do with him again.
Alex has saved us a few times.
Bertrand has been ok going forward but he hasn't had a lot to do. If anything at all, his crosses are always better than Ashley's.

I did not think Danny will feature. I think AVB is trying to give youngsters a chance whilst ensuring they have another chance to feature hence the inclusion of Cech, Malouda and Danny.

To me as a Nigerian, this is not even about Biafra or about the Igbos. Its about decency! What kind of personalities would i like my daughter to emulate as a young Nigerian? Murtalas name and face is everywhere but he did some of the most despicable things ever to be done in that country. In Asaba, he entered the city, then asked the people to come out and support his army, they didnt refuse since the so-called Biafran soldiers have left. Then he called all the males out at the market square fooling them to think a meeting was going to be held to iron out issues. These were poor village men who knew nothing about the war, who might not have seen Nzeogwu before. Murtala had ALL of them in attendance surrounded, taken to a nearby bush and slaughtered!!! ALL OF THEM. Thousands!!! So when you see folks from Asaba today, they are descendants of those who didnt attend Murtalas "meeting". If their fathers attended that gorry meeting, some of these Asaba people will not be here today simply because Nzeogwu came from a nearby village. This is the kind of person some of you support while calling for change in Nigeria. It is sick.

Please show me a place I can read about this. I haven't heard that before. I will like to learn about this part of the war.
