What is there to prove that even though JM got a few signing wrong he wouldn't have risen to the top to shut his critics down?  Why always point JM's wrong signings like he was the one that brought it to earth. . . ? Can we begin to calculate aw much Sir Alex has lost in signings?


the difference between JM's appointment's and Wenger's and Sir Alex's is they had time to play. . . they were given long time rebuilding terms. . Sir Alex has a one year rolling clause in his contract. . . JM was working under stiff pressure and constant gists inthe media . . . even Kenyon confirmed that they spoke to Klinsman while JM was Manaer. . . Did Alex ever go thru that?

So because Jose had a poor start to the season,people are claiming he couldn't have turned things around.Fergie and Wenger have had poorer starts to their seasons.If they had a boss like Roman,they too would have been sacked.

Mind you,they never had to deal with all the nonsense that Jose had to deal with at Chelski with players being imposed on him and constant speculation about his future.Fergie and Wenger would have resigned if they found themselves in this position.

Every team has poor run of form.It can come at anytime;mid-season,late in the season or at the beginning of the season. So because Jose's poor form came at the beginning of the season,suddenly he couldn't turn things around?

This is the same mentality that people used in questioning whether Utd will finish in the top 4 when we had such a poor start at the beginning.

No one can deny that AG turned to JM's tried and tested route one football yesterday. .  it was obvious . .
Route the ball to drogba and everything else fits into place. . .

It's JM's tried and tested. . . It's was JM's idea to play Essien at right back . . . not because he preferred it . . but he didn't have a choice. . .AG used that as well. .as a preffered decision rather than not having a choice. . . even when he had two fit and in-form right backs (bad decision)

Did you notice Grant smiling with Wenger before the game ? Does he know what these games are about? Is he trying to squash rivalry that has existed before he started coaching? he needs some lectures. .

it's all over the news . . everyone's saying Lamps was absent. . .

Anelka's sub was great. . although that was the obvious to do anyway. . . . bringing in Belletti was the key . . . it opened the channel on the right and that Cole-Belletti combo I love came back for a moment. . . it put Arsenal on the back foot and their advances forward from the left was cut . . . the removal of PVP didn't help as well. . . . mikel further came in to sttle things. . . that's where I thot he should have taken out Kalou instead of Joe. . . .

I am afraid the set-piece thing is haunting . . . guess what. . the strength of fernabache is set-pieces. . .

3. Replacing Ballack - Kalou should have been replaced instead.----------------- WRONG!!!! Lamps should have been replaced before ballack went out we had 3 shots on goal and ballack took all. . . . . Lamp took none. . . . Kalou had a crack at goal . . . . Lamp had none . . . let in the first goal . . . ballack saved a goal. . . I just wish someone can have the balls to bench him . . . . scoring 4 against derby does not make you a great player . . scoring 2 against Arsenal makes you one . . Drogba is!!!
