I think you are a bit obssessed with your dislike for JM. . . The key point you are mising is STYLE. . . Muorinho had his style of play and he proved beyond any doubts that the style worked. . Every manager does have one and no matter how world class your players are . . they all have to fit into the style. . if not then it's wasted transfer. .

That Crespo did not sucseed under JM did not make him less of a Manager . . . Drogba was shit when he joined Chelsea . under JM he became a wonder of a striker. . . why do you think so. . The Stlye. .

If Drog joins Arsenal today he will not score a single goal in 20 games. . why? The Style. . .

If Roman did not sign sheva and ballack who did? I said ManU won the League in style . . but really they did . . though we had injuries but that did not take away the fact that they did win the League. . they slumped against Pompey and we had to win our matches and then beat them to win the league. . . but we did not, instead we dropped 2 pts against Newcastle and Bolton at crucial times. . So indirectly we were one of those that handed them the league. .

Having said that anyway, I was trying to explain to Ibime why Jose lost the League to ManU was that he was not supported financially. . . Which of course led to the fact you raised that we had injuries and we could not fill in for the players that were injured. . .

We sold Gallas and Robert Huth . . crucial players and that's how it all began. . .

What are you talking about man? I am not out of favour of sexy football and winning. . . but it is not something you can do in a day. . players have to play for months and months . . . learn on-the-ball and off-the-ball moves. . . that's the way to play sexy football. . .

Jose came in and was going to win trophies. . . You think he had to wait to allow players to gel. . . He has to device a formula to win . . win . . and win and win. .

He was brought to win trophies. . . If Arsene goes this season with out a trophy . . he still won't be sacked. . So is Alex ferguson. . no coach will come under Roman and go on for 3 seasons without a trophy all in the name of playing sexy football. . .

I watched porto very well . . . when JM was there and there was nothing like the type of football he brought to Chelsea. . because the conditions for work were different. . .

So when he cam e to chelsea he had to live up to expectations. . he had to win. . . as a mata of fact Roman promised him a milliom pounds if he won the CL in his first season. . . If Jose was brought in to build a team of the future he would have done something different. .

AG does not seem to know how to pair Drogba and Anelka in his formation just yet.

It's because he does not have any other way of playing except a 4-3-3 which handed over to him alonside a bunch of players. . .

The formation was designed to work with mechanical players. . . so you might from time to time need to make some tactical changes. . . but he has no clue . . . and so he can't think of it. .

It's going very downhill. . . It started going downhill the day roman thought he had become a football adminstrator overnight. . .

I did a little story on this issues the day after we lost the carling cup. . .It was only patch work . . . It wsa only a matter of time b4 the cracks turned into breakage. . We've lost two trophies in the space of 2 weeks . . we have completely lost that sense of victory . . . that desire that pushed us to go into every match. . . when we lost in a competition, we lost valantly. . now it's gone . .

A few days ago I was wishing we ended up with nothing so that Grant does not stay . . but it was hard to see your team not win . .  but it's more and more looking like that's what we need. . .

We need fresh reassurances . . . we need someone that can bring out champions in the teams . . we need to start again. .
