Your solution lacks a mathematical pathway. When you solve things here, you should consider other viewers as well. A good example was the one you solved for the first puzzle, that was better. At least, people can follow up that solution unlike the second one you posted.

People should realise that a lot of things happen in here and people learn. We have secondary school students and university students that can learn as well. Everyone know that the solution to that question you posted can be done by mere looking but a good solution is required. The moment I saw his explained solution, I was so disappointed.

You can insult someone for being lazy, not working when others are working or not being serious but body features are not things that can be determined by the carrier. We all have preferences but that is not enough reason to insult a person. When people are not endowed, it is not their making, they just find themselves that way. People should learn to be reasonable.
ps: I am not on the small side but the way girls insult and make fun of guys that are is unreasonable.

Akin counted. And found a solution. Of course counting by its nature can only give you an INTEGER solution. He did not say that was the ONLY solution - he told you "put 49 for X and see what happens." I am following this thread closely because its mine. And since 49 satisfied the equation Akin was correct. That is original and clever - that's the point I was trying to make. I never said you are not intelligent, I just think Akin is more intelligent than you, no offence.

You are being unnecessarily childish and sentimental on this thread. The Akin guy should have known that such solving methods is archaic and unacceptable in maths. How can he use trial and error method to solve that question? What if the solution is something like 120 or more? Will he keep on counting till he gets there? He knows exactly what CACAWA wants but decides to be clever by half and you are just buttlicking him and trolling cacawa unnecessarily.

Lol. Anytime I find a puzzle whose solution is attached to a prize. I do the following.

1. Copy the entire puzzle and paste in Google search

And voila, the answer is back in a less than a minute enabling me to solve this puzzle and win the prize way ahead of my competitors.

It is not necessarily true. Do not say what you are not sure of. How did you know he cheated? Moreover, the puzzle is extremely easy. It did not take me 60 seconds to solve. I only set out 2 equations and the answers were out so fast. This is normal JSS2/JSS1 word problems involving simultaneous equations. The fact that you cheat does not mean that everyone does. What's the fun in cheating? huh?

the only station i trust above any station in Nigeria is

MRS if i now intend to rate them in 90% of their filling station scattered around lagos, their Litre is always closer to the real deal than others

unfortunately i have not bought fuel from other stations apart from MRS for over 6months.

From the responses given, we can conclude that
1. A couple of filling stations have accurate pumps .
2. Apart from having accurate pumps, NORTHWEST filling station, VGC is the best filling station in Lagos if not Nigeria.

(Northwest Petrol Station) Ajah just before VGC...is the best in town...just try and see. Northwest is taking over Patrol Biz. Learnt they use only B.Sc holders as pump attendants. hmm love there packaging.

If you go behind the filling station, you will see that they also have a good looking hostel for the attendants. Moreover, during the fuel issue, Northwest never increased fuel price for once. It appeared more like a charity than business at that time and their queue was almost as long as Lagos to Ibadan.Lol. The management should keep it up. The attendants are so neat and eloquent. The only thing they need to improve on is the speed of transaction.

The funny thing about perfumes is sthat it is not usually the price that make a good one. It is more about the uniqueness of the frangrance. Like my own perfumes Casablanca( white bottle) is not even up to 2K but if you lay down thousands of perfume, none can smell like it. You know there is this general category of perfumes that just smell normal like regular perfumes while few have a unique smell. Talking about expensive perfumes, some are expensive because of what was used in making them and how scarce it is. Some can say a certain back of oak tree or something was part of the ingredients or a soaked flower from Cuba or the bahamas etc. The funny thing thing is that you may not even like it going by the scent. Some other perfumes are expensive because of the quality of the bottle and not necessarily the content. If you're looking out for a long lasting perfume, make sure it is oil based. If you put an oiled based perfume on your palms, it will be oily in a way. The more oily a perfume is, the longer it lasts. Some can even last for up to 1 month when it touches a cloth unlike those other perfumes you put on your palms that undergo effervescence like methylated spirit.

I've studied Mou very well and I knw that he was looking forward to hurting Pep. I think he would have had a better chance of wining if he had played a 4-5-1 with a mildfield trio of Carrick, Herrera and Mhki and flanked by Lingard and Young and Rashford as a centre forward. MOU actually planned and came for a draw and if Man U scores, good! But he was not keen about that. I think the perimeter fencing type of formation he used was superb enough to cut the bites from Manchester city. The aim of MOU was never to go for an outright win in that game because in the course of mounting pressure on the opposition, their own defence will subsequently give in. He used almost a similar tactic for chelsea in just another form with better players and few more options. Luckily enough, the attack made good use of 2 of the few chances they had and Man U was able to beat Chelsea.

Moreover, Mourinho's records still stand. Since Mourinho started coaching, no coach has ever beaten him twice in one season What that means is that he does his home work well. Even if things do not go well first time, he will make very good adjustment before the second meeting. His reaction is always top notch!

Exactly! Over the years, Wenger has refused to place his team based on the opposition. Arsenal plays almost the same style for all matches and that is not good enough. The type opposition, state of opposition, state of a team, types of players available should determine how the players will set out and the style they choose. I believe if Wenger starts doing this, Arsenal will perform better subsequently.

I dnt like Mou as a person and even as a coach. I was nt too happy when he was signed bt I've come to appreciate his current style of management. Mou has learnt to rotate his team thanks to the busy schedule (man utd will play at least 8 matches frm nw till the end of the season if they reach the europa league final) and he has a way of planning himself to use the oppositions style against the opposition (our victory against chelsea is a perfect example). Today's match was nothing gone wrong. That draw is a fantastic result for Man U considering the players at their disposal. Tonight's game was another classic delivered by the ingenuity of MOU.

A good coach should have good reactions to unforeseen situations. Zidane goofed big time by not reacting to Ramos' red card, he was so clueless. Even when Real scored, I kept on telling anyone that cared to listen that the defence has become so porous and Barca was going to add another goal. It was just too porous and he was looking on like a dummy variable from the sidelines. Zidane is a good coach in his own terms but he needs to improve on his reactions.

Unfortunately, when the game of football was invented, it was said that the aim shall be to put the ball in the opponent's net. The ways to put it in the net were not stated. Moreover, no definitions were given for" beautiful football" , " tiki taka" , " bus parking" etc. Any team have the liberty to play a suitable style depending on the situation.
Belive it or not, tonight's game was one of the best matches I have seen in a while with respect to tactical acumen and reaction. Immediately, Fellani got a red card, he was still on the field when MOU summoned the right replacement and play was adjusted to suite the new style. Guy, oga na master, forget! Under MOU, Manchster United has lost just 3 matches in the EPL this season. That is highly commendable.

It will be tough but I think it is within grasp. Liverpool is gonna drop a couple of points too. MOU would have allowed Tottenham beat Man U to challenge chelsea for the cup but Man U needs the win so bad as well to keep the top four hope alive. I think the Europa route is a bit easier than the EPL route.

I am fine. Went to see the match as soon as I got back. Man U played fantastically well with the kind of players in theeir disposition. MOU still remains one of the best coaches ever in the history of the game. It did not even take him 1 minute to make intelligent substitution as soon as Felani was red carded unlike Zidane that was clueless against Barca leaving a big hole in the midfield/ defence after Ramos was red carded. I am sure MOU goes into every match with at least 5 difft formations and enough back up plans. Such an intelligent coach. A draw is a very good resuilt for Man U at this stage.
