This one can't arouse me sexually...I'm not attracted to girls with tattoos. |
Baddestguyp:Lol... English checker...I meant to say movie series. |
Bunch of failures. Under their leadership, insurgency, kidnappings and all kinds of abominable crimes thrived. The country bled badly and is still bleeding. They ought to be arrested. |
That's ecobank. |
Witcher on Netflix...it's a movie series. Very intriguing and full of suspense. I'm done with season 1 and 2. Season 3 would be released on the 29th of this month. |
Buddha3:Errrm I don't think I'll need to do that cos I already have a much better alternative. I transfer the $ to my mallam customer from my dorm account, and he'll transfer the naira equivalent to my naira account. It saves me the stress of going there only for them to give me one story or the other. |
pharmagba:It's a pity when most people who claim to be intelligent rush to speak only for them to display gross ignorance. The topic said withdrawal. And it was on that basis I made my comment. You're talking about transfer. Did you see transfer anywhere near the topic at hand? |
Vinnie2000:Him and Rashford don't even play the same wing, so I don't understand what's making you giggle. |
Dbest10:Did Diego Costa ever finished any season as the top scorer? He did his best, but he certainly wasn't among the best. |
Buddha3:How many customers can easily make it to their Branch's headquarters? I know how many times I've been to the bank to withdraw ordinary $3k and they told me they're short on $$. Would you now Suggest I enter Lagos hellish traffic from the mainland to the island just to withdraw $$ when there are countless mallams I can easily transact with? The reality is that no bank can easily cough out that amount at once and give to any customer. |
Vinnie2000:Apart from Drogba, how many top strikers succeeded in Chelsea? Chelsea is a cemetery for strikers. As for A$snal, unless he wants that title he won at Napoli to be the only silverware in his entire career, he shouldn't even dream of going there. Mancity is out of question cos he'll definitely be on bench. He obviously can't bench Haaland. And Liverpool didn't make it to UCL... So ManUtd is still his best bet. Once he starts banging in goals, he'll get the support of the fans and most importantly the coach, so no one would be able to frustrate him. |
Lol, what's the point, the reality here is that it would be almost impossible for a bank to give you $10k cash unless you're a politician. They'll always tell you that they're short on $$$. |
What's the latest with our star boy, is leaving Napoli or is he staying, cos so far there are no confirmed offers from top clubs...I want him to come to England. ManUtd can buy him we need strikers |
deewhydoski:It's dangerous cos if the child is a female, your sperm can impregnate her and you'll be expecting another child from your child in the womb. 🙄 |
You're advertising a property, yet you can't even put a single picture of the said property. So you expect prospective customers to waste their time calling you over a property they have no idea how it looks like? De play. |
izonborn098:Possibly...cos labour would definitely be cheaper than Lagos. |
blujoi:Depending on you location. If it's somewhere like Lagos, you should have at least 5m. |
folake4u:It is me ensuring that my wallet is safe. |
KingAzubuike:Thank God you understand what I'm trying to say. The truth is you can never make any reasonable profit from the bank. It's literally impossible. Their fixed deposit is just a means to get high profile people to make huge deposits for them to trade with, and you're even right no bank would give you an interest rate of 12%. As for the fintechs, I can't even advice anyone to fix 5m there regardless of how high their rate is, reason being that CBN can easily withdraw their license, or bring up a new policy that can permanently restrict them from operations, or a corrupt manager can defraud them and abscond with the money. If you happen to have fixed your money there, and any of the following happens, what then, most of them don't even have a physical address, so how do you recover back your money? What I use most of them for is to pay bills...I don't keep huge sums of money there cos it's not safe. |
Puss360:He said he wants to invest the money on a side Hussle, at least that's what I read. If someone comes to you for advice on what kind of business he should set up with 1.5m would you tell him to keep it as extra cos of emergency? He already has a farm and is looking for an alternate source of income, the best we can do direct him on how to get one. |
sukkot:👍 |
sukkot:Lol. No wahala, na hail I say make I hail you. ![]() |
What exactly is this girl into. Cos she looks more like a brothel ashewo hussling for customers. |
sukkot:I don catch you na. No hiding place for you. ![]() |
GloriousGbola:That's not how I understand farming. You only have to be physically present during farming and harvesting. He can hire people to weed it maybe once a month to avoid snakes pending harvest. During planting season, he would be there physically to inspect them. Once cultivation and planting has been done, he can go back to his business and wait for harvest time...during the wait period, there would be nothing to steal cos the crop hasn't started yielding produce. During harvest, he'll be back again to monitor them and take stock of his harvest, and transport them to wherever he wants them to be before selling them off. |
pocohantas:Na me o, na me. I go still buy you more if you so wish. Up Chicken republic. 😊 Sukkot aka Obadiah 777 aka Buzugee how body our Nairaland falseprophet1. ![]() |
GloriousGbola:Yes o! Make all these urgent 2k girls no go run me street. If she like let her eat 3 plates the money wouldn't reach 7k. So it's a win win for me. ![]() |
Puss360:The way most of you call this fix deposit, one would think that it yields billions. Unfortunately, you're just raising capital for the bank to enjoy. They profit with your money and give you peanuts. Let me explain it better for you Let's say he fixes 1m out of the 1.5m at a rate of 12% per annum for 3months. This means that for the 3 months his 1m would be fixed in the the bank, he would be paid 3% of the 1m. Meaning he'll get 30k after fixing 1m with the bank for 3 months. So would you still advise him to fix his money where he'll be making a profit of 1% (10k) per month or to set up a business that can sustain him and his family? About trusting people...he's into farming. And Farming isn't a time consuming job, meaning he can always be at his new business and keep checking up on his farm from time to time. |
talented321:For bar. I would advice you make it standard not all these road side make shift bars, so as to get rid of hungry drunks, and credit mongers, who might turn your bar to their second home and run you down with debts. A standard bar would attract high earners, (Yahoo boys, business men, traders, office workers...etc) so even if your drinks are slightly above the regular price, they would gladly pay for it because they love the setting. To set up something like that, the following should be on your budget... ACs Deep freezers Wines and drinks...you should have a reliable supplier for this. Meat supplier...for pepper soup, Nkwobi, peppered meat, Pomo and gizzard. Mikano plant. A barbecue stand. Bouncers and other staffs DJ (for weekends) Interior design cost. Chairs. (Different types) Plasma TVs You can work with this budget and can modify it if need be. As for restaurant, provided you have a very good location, 1.5m would definitely be enough to set it up. |
Bet shop is gradually fizzling out because most customers are moving online which to them is more discreet. So in the next few years I doubt if bet shops would be in existence anymore. Besides your staffs might steal from you as it's very common in that business. They would play games worth thousands in a bid to hammer, and run away when discovered so the debt would be on your head to clear off. Bar/restaurant. That amount is too small for setting up a bar...It would definitely be enough for a restaurant cos aside shop rent, other expenses wouldn't be up to 600k. But a standard bar no way, unless you already have a very big shop on ground. Even at that, that amount wouldn't be enough, deep freezers, different brands of drinks and wines in large quantities, ACs, interior designs, lightings...etc. You'd have to increase your principal in order to achieve this. My advice...with that budget, you can go for the following. * A standard barbing saloon. Beautify it and make it very neat. When it comes to barbing, customers would pay anything to Barb in a clean saloon even if your price is a little above average. * If you're based in the town like Asaba, I'll suggest you start a laundry and dry-cleaning service where customers can drop off their clothes to be washed and ironed. You may also offer pick-up and delivery services to attract more customers. * Mobile Phone Accessories: Open a store that sells mobile phone accessories such as cases, chargers, headphones, and screen protectors. With the increasing use of smartphones, this business can be profitable. |
Because they're extremely judgemental towards other Christian. |
Pickmycall:Lol it's not pepper soup. It's a soup native to Anambra state which is consumed with any swallow of your choice. Pepper soup is totally different from Ofe Nsala. |
