I might not be politically savvy, but this election really divided the populace. Some people won't help you if they suspect you supported an opposing party.

Would you blame them considering the kind of threats, violent attacks, hate, insults...etc, some people from a particular region received simply because they wanted a better Nigeria for everyone.

What I still don't understand is how they still come out openly to beg these people they threatened to deal with for money. Their saviour hasn't even been on seat for 6 months and they're already feeling the heat. Africans truly have a serious problem.

Why is everyone saying wrist watch...if the boss is above 50, believe me, he won't value that wrist watch.

Pay an artist to draw a painting of him and present it to him.

You can give him a piece of Nigerian artwork, such as paintings, sculpture or even a traditional mask.

Get him a customized high quality item. Could be a briefcase, luggage, wallet.. etc.

You can get him an expensive wine.

Are you driving there yourself or using public transportation?

If you're driving there yourself open Google map on your phone and follow the directions.

If you're using public transportation...you should find the closest bus-stop. Victoria island has dozens of bus-stops so knowing the closet one to your destination is very important.

Having found it, take CMS from Iyana ipaja, then from CMS you'll, see them calling various bus-stops in VI...look for the bus going towards your destination and enter.

Your thread said as couples...so I answered as a married person.

Of course he can put up with me if I'm single. But once I get married, it's a NO NO, Regardless of what kind of friendship we have.

If it's urgent, I can book a hotel for him for a week or even 2 weeks, so he can sort himself out. But to stay with me...NO way. A lot of men these days have no control towards women.

However, it's very very difficult not to indulge in one of those things you mentioned.

With discipline one can.

My dad once told me some years back that if I want to learn discipline, I should learn how to fast. Fasting according to him is discipline. Why? Cos you're hungry but you deny yourself food, you look pale and emaciated, but you wouldn't bulge cos you've made up your mind not to eat for a period of time.

Any man who hasn't learnt this is just wasting his time. Cos your desire must be tamed if at all you want to achieve your goals. If you don't tame them, they'll keep pulling you backwards and you'll discover when you eventually hit 40 that you've achieved and accomplished nothing.

Almost every man indulges in one or 3 of those.

That's why most guys are broke.

If you lack self control towards your desires and allow them control you, sooner or later you'll be on rags.

Any guy earning such pay shouldn't even bother about women. Cos relationships are expensive. Even if the girl you're with isn't the demanding type, you'll still spend money you don't have to take her out on dates. Those are luxuries you obviously cannot afford.

No it wasn't him. He told me not to drive it to his place (when I requested to bring it over for him to check), cos his workshop was under repairs and he didn't want to come to my side either when I requested that he should at least come and check it out. The first time he promised to come was on a Monday I waited for him the whole day, he didn't show up, and I think Friday of that same week as well. He didn't show up. I just felt that maybe he was very busy that period. So I had to use someone else at Surulere.

It's fine now and working perfectly... I bought a new automatic transmission gear box (22 pin), changed the gear and engine oil and bought oil filter.

Everything I spent (workmanship inclusive) was close to 1m that's why I didn't bother to add it on my dairy, make e no be like say I de form.

I know about this feature. And I'll advice you not to use it frequently when you eventually locate it on your car, cos using it for long distances if your car is filled up can result in a decrease in air quality cos the air keeps circulating, none is going outside. I'd still prefer the normal mode where fresh air from outside can enter the cabin.

For me I'd say it's best if maybe you're driving through a smoky environment, or maybe shit people are parking shit and you driving through them and don't want to inhale their shit, you can switch to the recirculation mode so that air from outside doesn't come in, then switch back once you move past them.
