* Poverty - Most girls theses days don't date for love, they would date you as long as you've proven that you can absorb their financial responsibilities. So if you fall in love with such girl and along the line, you can no longer satisfy her huge financial appetite, it would end in tears for you. * High rate of sexual immorality - Today, everyone wants to have sex. Even girls of 13 nowadays have boyfriends. Now imagine such girl at 26, what kind of love do you want to show to her that would move her? Loving such person would only end in tears cos such girl would be emotionally damaged and would find it difficult reciprocating your love. Same goes for guys as well. * When you love for the wrong reasons - If you fall in love with a girl because she has big boobs or big àss and overlook her character, it would end in tears. Same goes for guys. If you love a guy because he's financially loaded and overlook his womanizing or abusive nature, it would surely end in tears. * When you love foolishly - You know that a guy or girl doesn't love you, but you just can't stop loving him/her. You keep sleeping with him even though you know he's just using you. You sacrifice all you have to please her, you even give up your future plans just to make her achieve hers, my brother, it would end in tears. * When you fall in love with a player - You know this person has a trailer load of exes who are very much in contact with him/her, but you don't care, you're in love and she's your missing rib. Your heart would go missing as well cos it would end it tears for you. In summary, love isn't painful, we just like loving the wrong people. Don't just fall in love blindly, access the person and be sure that he/she is compatible with you before falling in love, that way you would have reduced the shege you'll see by over 90% |
Jodha:Only God can look it it from that angle. But for we humans, you can never compare a girl who's had just one loyal boyfriend all her life to someone who's slept with 36 guys. It's just impossible to compare them. Any guy (myself inclusive) would easily date and marry a girl who had dated and had sex with just one guy in her life, than someone with 36 sexual partners. That's reality. |
Olasyke:Lol...I bet he'll be back here in a few years to complain how his wife use to cheat on him. |
Jodha:You said we should remove spirituality, yet you're saying sin is sin, isn't that like contradicting yourself? 🙄 |
Is there a written will from your grandfather stating that he's giving you ownership of the house, if there isn't, it would be impossible to bring in the law cos your uncle would claim that your grandfather (who is his own father) never made such statement and you wouldn't have any evidence to back yourself. Secondly, you can't kick him out, cos he's your uncle and your grandfather is his own father. So no one in the family would support your actions, and would openly challenge you if you choose to tow that path. Your best option would be to wait until he dies, and during that wait, keep telling everyone that cares to listen that your grandfather passed down that house to you, but your uncle is occupying it for now. Once he dies, you can eject his wife and children and take over your property. And no one would be able to challenge you cos they would know that the house rightfully belongs to you. |
Jodha:As an African woman, would woman, would you feel comfortable sleeping with 36 random men? I can choose to remove spirituality cos you might say you don't believe in all those bullshit. But STDs, no way, that one would keep starting at you in the face until it finally embraces you. |
Jodha:As long as you and your partner are faithful to each other, you're safer than someone having sex with 36 random men. |
Jodha:Married women have sex more than 36 times with their husbands in less than a year, and they're safe cos as long as both parties are faithful to each other their sexual life would keep thriving. Would you compare them to a girls sleeping around with random men until they hit the number 36? STDs, spiritual problems, regrets, blackmail through leaked sex tapes are what awaits any girl who reasons this way. |
The problem isn't about getting bicycles, it's about being able to afford it. Knowing how things work in situations like this, bicycle sellers would triple their prices making it almost impossible for the common man to afford it. We are our own problem in this country. |
Templee333:If solar system was as affordable as generators, NEPA would have been out of business cos you would be able to afford to buy up to 3 and have a backup generator to run your business. The reason why it's still scarce and people still prefer generators is because the cost of purchasing and installing it is out of reach for the average Nigerian. |
Templee333:Lol...fear didn't even allow him write the total cost because he knows that it's definitely over a million naira. |

ahnie:Hmm...I don't think I can eat it. It doesn't look edible to me o. |
I thought starch was used to wash clothes...do people eat it? |
Just pray for a higher income and work hard towards making it a reality so that you can continue to life your life normally. |
Pedrocross4568:Go to church activities during the week, runs girls don't attend weekly services. |
Nice2023:Most got employed with SSCE so they remained on the same level for years, and by the time they retire, their salaries is still not enough for their large family. This happens mostly in the military and para-military. As for state government workers, that one is slavery on its own. Most states pay peanuts and some useless governors would still owe salaries. |
folake4u:Abeg Waka make I hear word jare. ![]() |
Olasyke:That's the problem. So many people once you make small change would begin to act like you owe them money. Nigeria is filled with weird people. |

You were earning 30k and you went ahead and had 5 kids? Just enter farm and start cultivating the land. We're in rainy season. If you plant yam, cassava, corn, okra...etc. By October, you'll begin to smile. And your wife can help you sell them in the general market. |
slawomir:Same here. |
Babtunz:Lol...you're paying for the swaggs na. Besides the price includes delivery to your doorstep. So it's definitely going to be hiked. Yea it would be way cheaper in physical stores, and you have the freedom to bargain and beat down price. |

Babtunz:It's the fuel subsidy removal effect. Coupled with the ever rising inflation we've been experiencing on a monthly basis. It shouldn't be more than 25 or at most 30k. |
Babtunz:Ken star. I bought it 19k last year. I don't know how much it would be currently.
