When I was still doing 9-5 I barely eat breakfast. Cos breakfast isn't expected to be heavy. Maybe fries or snacks. If you swallow eba or fufu for breakfast, believe me, your day would be ruined.

What time do you usually fall asleep? Im asking because if the mentioned time is when you usually go to bed, then that feeling is your body telling you that it's time for bed regardless of the fact that you're eating. Your body releases melatonin which triggers sleep.


Another reason could be due to the sudden rise in blood sugar level, especially if the food is high in carbohydrates. If this is the case, ensure that whatever meal you are eating at this time is low in carbs. Also, if I may advise, please avoid eating late as that may put you at risk of a wide variety of health challenges. If the hunger pangs cannot be curbed, please opt for fruits low in sugar.

The thing is I sleep very late most times because I do work until late into the night. Sometimes I'm up till around 2am.

The problem here is that if I taste any from from after 9pm I'll immediately start feeling dizzy and sleepy. But if I don't eat anything, I can stay up until I'm ready to retire to bed.

As for fruits, most fruits aren't readily available when you need them. Maybe it's my location. But I'd say people who live close to markets and bus stops are the ones who can see fruits as an option to quench hunger.

I wasn't having this experience before. Cos I know that even as at last year I do eat late sometimes.

It started around early or middle this year. And it's been getting worse. Now I won't even be able to finish the food I'll just sleep right there while I'm eating.

I've noticed that whenever I eat after 9pm upwards I usually feel very tired and sleepy most times I even sleep on the meal.

Just last night I prepared food and couldn't it until almost 10pm because I was busy. I was still eating the food when I started feeling dizzy and dozzed off. I woke up around past 1am this morning to find the food in front of me. I finish it sha.

I want to know if this is normal or it's a medical condition cos I'm already starting to get worried. Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

You're the one who's staying in your parents house that's why you're not aware that there's no law in Nigeria that restricts landlords from increasing their rent at will.

You're just being emotional and you should know that being emotional cannot win a case in court. The landlord gave him over 6 months notice of the increment which is just 30k. Where I stay my landlord gave me an increament notice of 500k.

Would you say you won't pay. Right there he'll tell an agent to find him a tenant and throw your things out. That's how insensitive these people have become.

The landlord gave him over 6 months notice of the Increment which the op confirmed here. Yet you went him to pay 150k and ask for another 3 months to find another place.

Op if you follow this advice you'll end up on the streets cos they'll throw your things out and you don't have any case in court cos you were informed.

How many cases of un authorized debits have you heard about from POS customers. If your account gets cleared it's definitely from you. Either you over exposed your card or you left it carelessly or you filled your card details on a pishing website. It's not from the POS operator.
