What is the difference between Ekiti, Abia and Lagos? All have sacked or deported fellow Nigerians for one reason or another.
I dey laugh ohh

These three Govs have sealed their political fates. They can never contest and win elections that require people from other states/zones to vote for them.

PoliticsRe: The Igbo Just Lost Again!the North Is Not Smiling! by Nchara: 1:38am On Apr 19, 2011
The OP is a big fool. Yoruba lost in the North like the IGBO and every other southerner. Read the story about the Jos riots. Yorubas have been killed just like any southerner have been.

Igbos have at least reprised in the past. What have Yoruba done to avenge their dead in the North? Hausa even kill you in your own backyard. OP, you are a retarded coward. You can only misinformed ill-educated SW almajiris like yourself.
PoliticsRe: Buhari Rejects Results In 22 States And Fct by Nchara: 1:28am On Apr 19, 2011
Buhari rejecting the result means nada. It has been announced. GEJ will be in power while any court cases are thrashed out, including the millions of under-aged voters in the North. One thing is clear, though: No SE and SS person (in the East or living elsewhere), except that imbecilic Abagworo, would vote for Buhari for a myriad of reasons,  We have the population to pull this through. If the SW likes, they can join the train, otherwise they can align with the North, once again.

If they continue to disturb the peace, MEND and Egbesu and MASSOB will join the fray and unleash superior mayhem on them.
PoliticsRe: Underage Voters by Nchara: 1:21am On Apr 19, 2011
Hahahah! Southerners should also be demonstrating against this blatant under-aged voting, no?
PoliticsRe: Urgent Message: Gov. T. A. Orji To All Igbos And Abians In The North by Nchara: 1:19am On Apr 19, 2011
I was actually preparing to take some of my colleagues here to one of the unis up North West for some development assistance. I will not only postpone it, I will cancel it and divert it elsewhere in the south or North Central. These H/F guys do not deserve anything good.
PoliticsNw Had Highest Number Of Registered Voters But They Failed To Vote By 50%. Why? by Nchara(op): 1:14am On Apr 19, 2011
As I read/heard, the NW had the highest number of registered voters. But during the presidential election they failed to vote by 50%. Why? Three northerners were in contention against one southerner for the position, yet northerners are supposed to have failed to come out en mass to vote? This is unbelievable, knowing how the North holds dearly to power.

During voter registration in those parts, did they actually record the high number they claim, or was it all inflated figures such that when it came to presenting the said number for voting, they could not, mainly because there were no such numbers to begin with, or due to the fact that the boarders were closed on them and they could not import the mercenaries that they had anticipated to use in making up the balance?

I am lost to what must have taken place. Someone please educate me, slowly wink wink

Wrong picture. That was from a train accident that happened in Port Harcourt (around Mile 1) a few years back. The victim was a girl selling wares on/around the train track who could not get off the track on time before she was crushed

PoliticsRiots & Killings in The North: Reason Why No Southerner Should Have Voted North by Nchara(op): 12:29pm On Apr 18, 2011
Riots & Killings in the North (Hausa/Fulani); reason why no Southerner should have voted North (Hausa/Fulani).

So can anyone tell me this is not a continuation of the born-to-rule mentality?
Is there still a surprise as to why Buhari was unyielding to Tinubu, even though ACN got more votes in the NA elections?
Southerners who voted for Buhari must now be thoroughly ashamed of themselves and apologize.
Despite your vote, they will kill your brother, cousin, uncle, friend, relation, in their midst.
What has Bakare got to say about his getting evenly yoked with devils?

What will happen to Hausa/Fulani in Aba, Onitsha, Enugu, Port Harcourt, Uyo, Eket, Umuahia etc?

i agree

igbos are at least 20-30 % of NE as well

do u agree
Yes I do. Its even more, like 45%. If you disagree please ask that ethnicity be an issue in the next census.
PoliticsRe: There Should Be A New Census That Reflects Ethnicity by Nchara(op): 2:32am On Apr 18, 2011
Igbo is 60% Lagos and 40% of entire SW
Igbo is 30% Kano, 45% Plateau, 30 Kaduna
50% Rivers
70% Abuja, etc
If you agree with me then its okay. If you disagree, please join me in calling for a census that includes questions on ethnicity.
PoliticsRe: Reasons For How Igbos Voted For Gej (or Not For Northern Candidates) by Nchara(op): 2:27am On Apr 18, 2011
koruji:
What get go? Ojukwu himself gave your votes to IBB even before the guy declared for the presidency.

We remember well the ferocious arguments you guys put up here on NL as to why IBB was the best candidate for Nigeria - only because of that one statement he made about spending one term, and having a "wish" to hand over to an Igbo man.

You admit to one reason why you voted in droves for GEJ, which is that there was no Igbo on any of the tickets - this was of course supported by the rumor that Buhari rejected Okonjo Iweala as VP (forgetting of course that he had an Igbo VP candidate before).

The other reason, and which tipped you completely into GEJ's corner, was the fight GEJ picked, or pretended to pick, with the SW by basically calling ACN rascals - nothing excites you guys more than a chance to join someone in a "fight" with the Yorubas. However, you forgot it is the same Yorubas that say "Even when we cry, we can still see" - that the ACN was angry with GEJ's words, which anyway sounds awfully like OBJ, did not mean ACN forgot its political onions.
Ojukwu=Igbo? What an eddiotic reasoning? Ohaneze (Igbo rank and file) is more like Igbo than Ojukwu (one loner), and Ohaneze gave its nod from the get go. Coupled with Igbo govs who refused for any of them to be a VP to anyone.
PoliticsRe: Reasons For How Igbos Voted For Gej (or Not For Northern Candidates) by Nchara(op): 1:48am On Apr 18, 2011
koruji:
Look below and you will see your two main reasons, both of them actually one and the same, for supporting GEJ late in the day.

The same GEJ that was literally begging for support during the primaries, while you guys were after IBB's red meat.
At that same time you spoke about, Ohaneze and the SE govs spoke for Igbos in support of GEJ
Yes some Igbo wanted IBB/Atiku, but majority (99%, I would say) preferred Jonathan even from the get go.
PoliticsRe: One SE state Had More Votes Than 5 SW States Combined-shame! by Nchara: 1:34am On Apr 18, 2011
Eko Ile:
You people just don't get it right? His tribal affialiation is absolutely irrelevant. Yoruba people don't like anything PDP and they refused to vote for GEJ simply because of that including the fact that he is incompetent, corrupt, disrespectful and he sorounds himself with crooks and corrupt elements.

The fact that we got rid of some known corrupt elements like Bankole and others within our own Yoruba community while your people and the rest of the country are recycling and keeping in place these corrupt elements stands as a testement that Yoruba are not playing around, it's a new dawn.

Keep your convicts, crooked and corrupt criminals, just don't expect us to do trail the same odious line.

I'm so glad Yoruba folks stayed away from this monumental foolishness.
Stupid reasoning. So why did they not vote for ACN?

@poster ,
you are right. If any of  Buhari and Ribadu had picked an Igbo as runing mate it would have split our votes for Jonathan but thank God that their myopic reasoning failed them and favoured GEJ. Even with south west runing mates yet the turn out was poor in south west. We needed Jonathan so much and thank God he is winning. We voted him with all our hearts , spirit , soul and body. God has a way of favouring GEJ and i think this is it.
Mr Goodluck and his good luck streak grin grin grin. The other candidates were blinded by selfishness and short-sightedness, thus giving GEJ an easy ride.
PoliticsThere Should Be A New Census That Reflects Ethnicity by Nchara(op): 1:15am On Apr 18, 2011
In light of how Igbos presumably voted for GEJ in all parts of the country, and gave him the spread he needed to win, there should be a new census that reflects ethnicity. That way, we are able to determine what number of people make up each ethnic group.
This is one important project that Igbos should fight for before GEJ leaves office after the next 8 years wink wink wink wink.

Even in almighty USA, there is ethnicity in the census.

i once mentioned this in one of the threads that the average SS and SE market woaman will rather die and vote buhari as for shkarau and ribadu they are internet candidates.
Igbos will vote for IBB any day than Buhari.
Ribadu is an ostrich. Today he condemns the roguish Tinubu, tomorrow he dines and wines with him. He is untrustworthy.
PoliticsReasons For How Igbos Voted For Gej (or Not For Northern Candidates) by Nchara(op): 12:56am On Apr 18, 2011
Igbos were tired of the born-to-rule mentality of northerners (I mean Hausa/Fulani/Kanuri)
Buhari in particular was selfish and unyielding to the south
GEJ is not a tribalist in the mould of the northern candidates. Buhari and Ribadu are extremely sectional. EFCC was populated by hausa fulani under Ribadu. We all know Buhari and PTF story. Shekarau is far mor moderate than the other two but he has a sharia baggage.
GEJ's economic policies so far have been favorable to the SE.
Northerners (Hausa/Fulani) are no friends with Igbos (and southerners in general). They kill southerners at will even when unprovoked by southerners
Ohaneze made its position clear enough that Igbos will support Jonathan. Ohaneze speaks for all Igbos
APGA supported Jonathan
All governors in the East supported Jonathan
Buhari, Ribadu and Shekarau did not campaign in the SE
It is instructive that all three northern candidates did not deem it fit to choose an Igbo VP
If IBB or Atiku were contesting, the story would be different; those know how to appease Igbos.

In light of all the above, it is no wonder that Jonathan got 100% votes from the SE.
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Set To Win, Aided By Southern Magic Numbers by Nchara: 12:27am On Apr 18, 2011
Actually all Igbo votes for GEJ should have been 100%. Who else did you expect them to vote for?
PoliticsRe: Who Will Be The Next Senate President? by Nchara: 11:55pm On Apr 17, 2011
Okay here is the deal. The entire south should be glad that the northern mentality of born to rule has been broken once and for all. Not by rigging as OBJ was alleged to have done, but by the power of people's vote. Cut the crap everyone and let us rejoice that for the south.
