There are members getting such contracts. He may not want to mention names because of political affiliations. But I believe this could be his opportunity to make history.
List them! Expose all corrupt officials. You have been a governor, senator and now a minister. What else does he want?

I don't know why National Assembly members will also be contactors. If they choose to be both, then they should openly declare that. If any of them had got an NDDC contract and executed it perfectly, there will be nothing to be scared of.
Only that there is high chance of embezzlement.
Nigeria truly needs restructuring!
Nigeria truly needs political restructuring, as you wrote.
But wonders are how only Arewa has been able to stop rest of Nigeria that want political restructuring done.

All these embezzlement of government funds shall drastically reduce in a true and fiscal federal system of government in Nigeria.

But because Arewa takes lion share and political control through the large number of states proliferated by Arewa soldiers in the north, Arewa political class sticks to the political structure and governance system killing Nigeria.

Jokers. Not in Nigeria with its skewed and lopsided political structure can anyone think of impeachment for President Buhari. You discounted ethno-religious sentiments.

If you had clamoured for restructuring of the skewed political restructure created by soldiers!
Instead, you all siddon de look like cowards and work from a dysfunctional 36 states + Abuja political structure created by military fiat.
Which other modern country in the world still operates a Political Structure and Constitution authored by soldiers?
Politics › Re: Northern Group To Buhari: Scrap NDDC, NEDC by Nchenches: 2:11pm On Jul 21, 2020
What is required for NDDC is a fortified special office at the Presidency to vet its contract awards and ensure they are completed according to specification.
Many roads started by NDDC were abandoned after nearing completion - a huge waste of public funds.

Sabon Gari - foreigners area.

Developers, come home to the East to develop your states.

Wherever goods are sold, consumers who want the goods must travel to that place to buy the goods.

Igbo land is large enough to contain twice the entire Igbo population worldwide.

Look at Hong Kong with small land area but uses high rise buildings to accommodate its large population.

How many Abokiis or Yorubas have you seen build in Igbo land?
Crime › Re: Countries Where Castration Is A Punishment For Rapists by Nchenches: 5:16pm On Jul 20, 2020
States in northern Nigeria making laws to castrate rapists. But the 1999 Constitution does not allow for castrations of rapists.

The northern states RAPE Nigeria’s Constitution which does not allow states to unilaterally make or apply laws alien to Nigeria’s Constitution.

Just like they adopted unconstitutional Islamic Sharia criminal laws.

By frequently RAPING Nigeria’s 1999 Constitution, northern Nigeria has been demonstrating that Nigeria is a country without any Constitution accepted through a referendum .

Really?

But when Kaduna state enacted similar sanction against rapists, I could remember ipob miscreants did not waste time before lashing Elrufai and insulted him down to his forefathers for "introducing sharia" in a state.

What will they say now? Obviously, the miscreants will make another U-turn the way the chief pig lamidi cownu always chicken out. undecided
Castrating a man means rendering him impotent forever.

Wrong convictions for rape can come up.

There are existing laws to punish convicted rapists.

If the laws do not work to deter rapists, blame Northern Nigeria which refuses political restructuring of Nigeria to make regions take care of their policing and security systems.

IPOB people remain far ahead of you regarding thinking faculty.

You can prevent the fall, especially you, young people, by rising up now. Don't forget, your future is at stake. Stand up now before your country falls, bringing down your future with it. Let no one think they can run anywhere. Benin republic will reject you, just as will Cameroon, Mali, Niger, etc...talk less of Europe. You will have nowhere to run to. It is not a joke. It will not be funny. No one is asking you to fight. Stock up on food and stage peaceful marches for as long as it will take. You have a recent example of what mass protests can achieve in "BLACK LIVES MATTER" protests that started in the USA and were adopted in many parts of the world including your country Nigeria. Don't you think your own lives matter too?!
Stand up for what? For Nigeria? How and where do you stand to cause any changes?
The old men who ran Nigeria from the 1970s are still in charge.

They are experts on how to use bullets of Nigeria’s armed forces to silence any opposition to the system they established.

how the western world would abandon innocent kids to Die and look the other way because of Colonial interests
That same colonial interest is behind the fracas in northern Nigeria.

The fracas started with demand by some northern states for a country to be governed with Sharia criminal laws. It spread to today’s banditry and Boko Haram in the north.

The Western colonial masters don’t want to remove their eyes from Nigeria’s mineral resources in the south and let Nigeria split into more governable countries.

In a sovereign sharia country for the northern Sharia states, their can not be Boko Haram or this type of reckless banditry.

BOKO HARAM, NIGERIA’s 1999 CONSTITUTION AND ISLAMIC SHARIA CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM.

Boko Haram says it’s fighting for a country to be governed with Sharia criminal laws.

12 northern Nigeria states earlier adopted unconstitutional Islamic Sharia criminal laws that include stoning women to death for adultery, cutting off hands of thieves, death for apostasy.

Nigeria’s President Buhari said in 2001 that he would not stop until Sharia criminal laws are applied all over Nigeria.

Today’s Chief Justice of Nigeria campaigns to put Islamic Sharia criminal justice system into Nigeria’s constitution.

Moslem Former military dictators who supervised Nigeria’s Constitution carefully avoided putting Islamic Sharia criminal justice system into the constitution. They knew it was not practicable in Nigeria of multi religious society. The Constitution allowed only Sharia Civil Laws, never penal codes.

Conduct a REFERENDUM in Nigeria so that regions who want to practice Islamic Sharia criminal justice system can form their own country.

Waiting for Boko Haram fight to end is like waiting for Godot.

Politics › Re: Boko Haram: I Killed Many I Was Shot On Purpose By My Fellow Soldier- Ex Soldier by Nchenches: 3:29pm On Jul 16, 2020
It’s like Boko Haram is becoming an instrument for the Sharia states of northern Nigeria on one hand, and the Olu Falaes and Tinubus and Raji Fasholas of the Southwest region on the other hand, to exchange leadership of Nigeria between the two groups.

Falae and Tinubu know that Boko Haram gets support from millions of Northern Nigeria Moslems in sympathy with Boko Haram for a Nigeria to be governed with Islamic Sharia criminal justice system, and that no Nigerian force can defeat Boko Haram.
Yet the Falaes and Tinubus insist on one Nigeria.
