CareerRe: Legal opinion needed by ndubest(m): 12:51pm On Jan 31, 2008
@poster
Clause H in the whole agreement vested all the powers on the government to employ you or not

the word SATISFACTORY is actually the last straw that broke the carmel's back

In your view you may have done your best and did all that was required
but they may tell you that all your effort is unsatisfactory to merit a full employment

Its just like student attending remedial courses in any of the higher institution with the hope of gaining full admission assuming they do well in the final exams. The school might at its discretion raise the cut off mark depending on the number of candidate they want to absorb and you cannot do anything about it

My advice to you and your group is to follow this matter politically
No need wasting you little resources on litigation except if any of the big law firms decide to offer you people pro bono services
even at that it may not achieve the result like using the political approach
SportsRe: John Mikel Obi Is Over Rated by ndubest(m): 8:26am On Jan 31, 2008
He may be a bundle of talent

but talent doesnt work except if you put it to use

I think his attitude to the game will surely be his nemesis

unfortunately he was not guided by matured coaches like Sir Alex (who calmed Rooney) or Wenger (who calm Viera) but by the self made SPECIAL ONE

I wish his parent can talk some common sense into him on his attitude on the pitch
HealthRe: Is My Brain Malfunctioning? by ndubest(m): 7:35am On Jan 31, 2008

PoliticsRe: Nuhu Aliu Apologizes To Co-senators by ndubest(m): 5:19pm On Jan 30, 2008
The test of his character has come
His intergrity is surely in doubt if this if this story is true

State what you are ready to defend or keep your peace
SportsRe: Who would you want to coach the Super Eagles? by ndubest(m): 4:23pm On Jan 30, 2008
The Dutchman Clemens Westerhoff is one coach that understands the nigerian system and the POLITICS involved in running football in this country

Funny enough he is even in Nigeria and is willing to take the eagles if given the opportunity

Combine him with Keshi and may be Siasia (his former boys), that will be a good mix cheesy cheesy
HealthRe: Please Help Me Out. by ndubest(m): 8:34am On Jan 30, 2008
Praying for Him for deliverance will be a great idea
but please take him to a psychiatric clinic first

he may need some medical check up
also check whether he is on any medication because some drugs can actually make someone to hallucinate

Please for Christ sake, dont take him to any of these "CHURCHES" where they will beat the hell out of the poor boy in the name of deliverance

MEDICAL ATTENTION FIRST then others things can follow
PoliticsRe: Detain Me-uwazuruike Begs Police by ndubest(m): 4:13pm On Jan 29, 2008

SportsRe: Consequences Of Firing Berti Vogts by ndubest(m): 10:15am On Jan 29, 2008
am sure if the environment in made unconducive for him to operate, nobody will buy out his contract grin grin

he will just throw in the towel

the likes of the senegalese coach have done so already cheesy cheesy

he is not the first coach to leave in shame after a poor perfomance and will definitely not be the last

the earlier he leaves the better for him and the eagles

but am thinking he will not want to swallow the shame of leaving another national team considering the way he left scotland and where they are at the moment

he may want to use nigeria to make a point that he is still a good coach that will leave when the ovation is highest

poor eagles sad sad sad
PoliticsRe: Tribunal Nullifies George Akume’s Election by ndubest(m): 10:03am On Jan 29, 2008
am tired of hearing about all these nullifications sad sad

am waiting for the individuals in question to start vacating their seats immediately

so the APPEAL COURT where all of them rush to for appeal should hasten hearing and judgement on these cases

so that some people can smile and others breath the fresh air of democracy cheesy cheesy cheesy

Thumb up to the tribunals cool cool cool

PoliticsRe: Prof Iwu To Be Arrested Immediately ? by ndubest(m): 2:50pm On Jan 28, 2008
House member naa waaaaoooooo wink wink wink

Which constitution are you relying on to arrest Iwu IMMEDIATELY shocked shocked shocked

the last time i checked the 1999 constitution, its only a competent court of law that issues arrest warrant, which is based on charges leveled against the accused.

When did the house start making law and enforcing it cheesy cheesy cheesy

Honorable members please read your constitution again and act accordingly

HealthRe: Diabetis; Help Me Out. by ndubest(m): 9:09am On Jan 28, 2008
In addition to what i have explained above, if you are already diabetic, your physcian will be able to tell you the likely symptoms you may manifest

depending on the type of diabetes you have and the stage it was discovered

Also because diabetes is an endocrine disorder it may come with so many complications if not properly managed and may affect all the organs of the body

so the earlier you go for medical check up when you start having the early signs, the better for you
HealthRe: Diabetis; Help Me Out. by ndubest(m): 9:02am On Jan 28, 2008
deeteeneey:
Please what are d symptons of diabetis?thanks
Early signs that will make someone to start thinking of taking a glucose(diabetes) test are

POLYDIPSIA ie excessive thirst
POLYOPHAGIA ie excessive eating or tendency to take glucose containing item (like an urge)
POLYURIA ie constant passing out of urine

However it is noteworthy to point out that people start getting unduely worried when they wake up like 5times at night to urinate
asking if they have diabetes

It may not be the case because in cold weathers like now
the water that you ordinarily pass out through the hair follicle on your skin as sweat do not come out because of the weather making it to accumulate in the system and for you to pass urine more often especially if you consume excessive fluid at night

so only constant urination at night shouldnt be cause of worry

but if it continues for a long time, like a week or two you may visit your doctor for medical check up

I hope i was able to answer your question
PoliticsRe: Senator Aliyu Says All National Assembly Members Are Fraudstars! by ndubest(m): 4:16pm On Jan 25, 2008
I just wish the the judiciary should start fast tracking some of these nullifications appeals

so we can know who is who

the tribunal have done a great job and now the candidates are running to court of appeal (which is legal) but the appeal court shouldnt prolong the

cases unnnecessarily so that justice will be done fast

ANY WAY, better late than never cool cool cool
PoliticsRe: Yaradua Seeks To Remove Immunity Clause by ndubest(m): 3:32pm On Jan 25, 2008
I think that should be a sign that he really wants to fight corruption at least for now cool cool

I hope that it doesnt end in mere wishes but practically enacted in the law

I HOPE ALSO THEY WILL PUT HEAVY SANCATION for any frivouluous sueing of such officals so that people do not distract they from working with irrelevant and questionable court orders

Am in support of the move

SportsRe: Match-fixing What Is Your View by ndubest(m): 2:10pm On Jan 25, 2008
Why is the German bringing it up now

why not before the match so that more cameras will be on the pitch and even the referee monitored well

may be if he had said it earlier the referee may have been under pressure and may not have given the penalty against his team

ALL THE SAME KUDOS FOR HIS COURAGE TO COME OUT

i hope this doesnt sour the fun we are already having in the tournament

PoliticsRe: David Mark Stops Ex-dig From Naming ‘419’ Lawmakers by ndubest(m): 8:27am On Jan 25, 2008
May be he is protecting himself or some personal interest

or

He is afraid of the UNKNOWN as nobody knows whose name(s) are on Aliyu's list

I hope Aliyu will not succumb to political pressure and remove some name(s) from that list if he is called upon to present it

We need more bold and outspoken men like this in the national assembly
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Indian, Chinese, Lebanese Companies Treat Us Like Slaves by ndubest(m): 4:44pm On Jan 24, 2008
All these complains from workers or formers workers of Asian firm, I wonder what you are still doing there huh huh

I know you may say that there is no work else where but

what is the Nigeri Labour Congress for huh huh

or you dont know there is ministry of Labour and productivity huh huh

channel your complains to them, may be they will investigate and if it's true those companies will surely the sanctioned

but the first thing is that you have to be brave enough to name the companies and give specific instances not just generalizing

the easiest way out will be to write it out in a leading Newspaper (like Guardian) as an article or letter but you must be specific

Goodluck guys

they should either release others in whatever condition they deem feat for national security or take Uwazurike back to his comrades

After all the OPC boys hv been released
PoliticsRe: False Statements Preceded War by ndubest(m): 1:06pm On Jan 24, 2008
George Bush came to throne with the mandate to succeed where his father failed ie IRAQ

So he went about the war as a personal vendatta again Saddam

all the stories is just giving a dog a bad so as to hang it,
that is not to say that am in support of Saddam
but Bush did the worst by staking the lives of innocent american marines and murdering thousands of innocent Iraqi civilians

History will definitely judge him
