False Prophets and Their Punishment 2 But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive opinions. They will even deny the Master who bought them—bringing swift destruction on themselves. (2) Even so, many {including NLers} will follow their licentious ways, and because of these teachers the way of truth will be maligned. (3) And in their greed they will exploit you with deceptive words. Their condemnation, pronounced against them long ago, has not been idle, and their destruction is not asleep
Insha Allah, kafiris and false prophets will end up in Jahannam. |
The beauty of the Nigerian/African culture is the legitimacy of having multiple wives (women). All 12 of the itemized qualities, and then some, would be (is) at my disposal within the household. ![]() |
sorepco:It is refreshing to see that some people like you posting on this thread. The condition of the naira should benefit exporters just like the intentional devaluation of the Chinese Yuan makes Chinese products very cheap vis-à-vis those of their competitors, hence giving Chinese exporters great advantages. If exporters are closing their businesses in Nigeria, it should not be because the naira is weak - that is counter intuitive. This is why I suggested that those exporters closing shop should reexamine their business models in order to find ways to maintain profitability. I myself am involved in some export/import activities and business could not be better at this time; particularly the export aspect. If the topic had been "We are going bankrupt, Exporters of prostitutes to Italy Cry Out", the thread would have been 10 pages long by now. SMH |
Since when did the execution of a search warrant become a siege? The director did not deny the execution of the search warrant, but answered the dumb question of the dumb reporter. If the legal search exercise took more than 1 day to implement, then so be it! The fact is, fools will remain fools in Nigeria as they continue to mourn their defeat in the last election ![]() |
At least Godwin Emefiele is there. ![]() |
IAMTHEHERO:nwanne m., you just made me laugh so hard that I spilled my specilal Kenyan coffee ![]() Please read my comments more carefully with an unbiased mind and you'd note that Dasuki was specifically talking about this allegation: "On the allegations against him, especially the ones bordering on purchase of arms, funds for counter-insurgency and the seized $15million in South Africa , Dasuki said: The people you named above have never been mentioned regarding this allegation. you and your non-mumu friend probably meant to mention Asari, Oritsejafoe, and others. If you lost your bet due to the post you referenced, go and show your friend this post and collect thr money you lost on the bet, lest you become the mumu. ode btw: As you continue to research my mumuship, please read my all my posts with a very open mind and I'm sure that you'd learn one or two things about being a detribalized Nigerian. dalu nu. |
LocalChamp:As a patriotic non criminal Nigerian, please name these people who should account 10 times for the said allegations. Thank you sir for admitting that the allegations are not frivolous. We will forever be grateful to you if you do this honorable naming of the thieves. Submit the names of the real culprits to the authorities, cooperate with the authorities and get your soft landing sir. |
grandstar:Pricing decisions are made according to various factors; exchange rates are just one of those factors. As I said, serious exporters do not have to use the black market for their legitimate import purchases as the CBN will make the official exchange rates available to them through their banks as they obtain Import Letters of Credit from those banks or cash in via Export Letters of Credit. I think people need to read up on International Business models to understand these issues. Without an understanding of facilities such as Import/Export letters of credit, Documentary collections,Sstandby Letters of credits...etc, analyzing the current topic would be equivalent to a cell phone street hawker, arguing with Seun about Python or some other highly technical software concepts. |
grandstar:Exporters who need to import goods do not need to purchase dollars at the black market rate. They should be using Import Letters of Credit facilities to make those purchases. Serious exporters do not conduct their businesses in the manner you described. |
BraniacX:Which higher institution did you people attend? Please go and lookup the meaning of "May have" before you make your lofty pronouncements. I don't have time to educate you today. |
ONYX5:If an arrest warrant is necessary by law, then it should have been obtained ahead of time. Note however that a search warrant was obtained and if, in the process of exercising the said warrant, a crime was uncovered, it would be senseless to leave the premises without arresting the suspect because an arrest warrant was not obtained. If there is enough evidence to issue a search warrant, authorities should be able to arrest the accused and charge him as needed. Dasuki should go and clear his name instead of playing this game. He cannot escape punishment if he stole. |
SenseiX:I find it hard to believe that this smoke came about without fire. We all hate to admit that our heroes can disappoint us by committing fraud. I tend to believe that in the fight to recover as much of our stolen funds as possible, there should be no sacred cows. For Dasuki's sake, I hope he is not guilty as accused. |
SenseiVoyles:Dasuki may have severely tainted his reputation by blatant theft of public funds under his control. Sadly, he comes from a royal family which is already independently wealthy. Be that as it may, the rule of law must be followed by the authorities. |
This story does not quite add up. As the naira has become quite weak, the business of exporters should be booming since their export products will be much cheaper for the importers to purchase. The exporters need to examine their business models for the root causes of their new found failures. If importers are crying, that would be understandable. Exporters losing money given the current position of the naira adonbilivit |
adenine02:You are equally guilty; you found it funny didn't you? |
@OP, You should be indicted for child abuse. ![]() |
ahaika23:Sorry I don't do English comprehension teaching. You should have been able to mentally add "if I were you" to the phrase you were referencing. Ode |
I would not celebrate the judgement of this kangaroo tribunal just yet. It will be reversed soon enough. |
Why is GEJ running off to Abdulsalami, who himself may end up in jail by the time all is said and done. These issues should be hashed out in court, and not in the living room of any illegal committee. If $$billions were stolen, GEJ should pressure his people to start returning the money quietly. Anything short of that will result in the unleashing of warm breeze for fowl yansh. |
bodeloja:eh, I don't think we've met o. How do you know what geographical region I came from or my tribe? I hope you didn't obtain your data from a faceless forum. abeg no involve me in de katakata wey una dey do here. As my ofemm' peeps say, "ewo lo kanmi ni'nu oku iya aduke" or wettin consign conductor with overload? biko, take it easy on ladies, generally....they should be loved and when opportunities arise, made love to. na beg I dey beg you. |
Someone was suggesting a SNC - didn't GEJ spend about a billion naira on SNC without anything to show for it? @OP, I'm afraid the generation of the 1966 coup plotters will have to die off before real healing can begin. 15 - 20 more years should do it. |
EazyMoh:You continue making assertions based on prejudice as opposed to facts or any valid research data. Repeating these assertions multiple times does not make them correct. The sensible thing to do is to have a well thought-out program to manage the "beggar" problem rather than irresponsibly throwing them out in the cold. When such a rehabilitation program is in place, those who refuse to be rehabilitated can be identified and dealt with accordingly. The 700 naira allowance program you mentioned was merely another scheme to loot. You and I know that Lamido who managed the program is currently in the nets of EFCC. |
This new tradition is in compliance with Order 3 (4) of the Senate Standing Orders 2015 as amended. Was this not the same Senate standing order Ekweremadu claimed was put together by ghost bureaucrats? Sooner or later, these people will discover that Karma is a real biitch. |
EazyMoh:Most of your assertions are not based in facts, research, or reliable statistics. These assertions are based on conjecture with a base in prejudice and borderline bigotry. Here are some of your prejudicial assertions: (1)It's only a tiny fraction of all those beggars that sincerely need alms. (2)Those with disabilities in many cases you will find out that they even have more than one wife and depend solely on begging, without even trying to get a skill. (3)Bottom line is they make a lot of money in begging that most will not agree to be kept in a retirement home. (4)Many of them are above average Nigerian poor, some even have businesses run for them by other people. (5)The final point is why must it 99% Hausa people that beg? even in Saudi Arabia.? When did you conduct a survey or reliable research to reach these wild conclusions? I'm am sorry sir, you sound like a prejudiced bigot. |
Giving alms to beggers in the streets of Kaduna, particularly on Fridays is a tradition and one mechanism for the rich to show compassion, albeit in an ineffective manner. On top of that, these beggars have nowhere else to go, no safety net, no social programs, no food stamps, nothing! El Rufai should be very careful here else this affair will blow up in his face. Leave the beggars alone until you've built the infrastructure to rehabilitate these fellow Nigerians. Many of them simply need wheelchairs, or mechanical limbs, and a few startup naira, to become functioning and productive members of the society. El-Rufai, teach these poor folks how to fish and let them live, instead of throwing them in the ocean without a life jacket. What you did with beggars in Abuja will not work in Kaduna. Abuja beggars simply returned to their states of origin when you kicked them out of FCT. Where do you expect the Kaduna beggars to go? ![]() |
blemon44:..and that was a correct statement. 43 oil marketers were licensed and were defrauding the government by submitting bogus paperwork and getting paid Billions! The President has since reduced the number of Oil Marketers from 43 to only 29 and introduced real accountability into the system. What we now have is a non-fraudulent subsidy program which will be terminated at the appropriate time. |

@ atlwireles has become a bonafide prophet of doom and the chief harbinger of bad news as far as Nigeria is concerned. Lets hope you have renounced your citizenship already, and while you are at it, join biafraworld.com dolo ![]() |
onyedikachukwue:Did it occur to you that your implied support of Nnamdi Kalu and the biafra cause could be one of the reasons why that region was excluded. Did it also occur to you that Ihejirika is a wanted man in Hague? I think Buhari's choices were fair and balanced. |
